The frame is just as pictured it is very nice, it is a bit heavy but the personalization is beautiful. I bought this as a gift and I am sure they will love it.

I won’t be attending as I live about 14 hours away. My brother in law is having one as we had lived in that town for 75 years before moving in with my son.

Nice quality picture frame. Beautiful etching on glass. I was surprised they charged extra for picture. Receipient was moved to tears and so was I. Will order again.

I have given this piece to people who’ve lost their loved ones several times in the past. Generally I give it to husbands/wives or those who’ve lost their parent. Pmall also sells sympathy ornaments, I give those to friends not as close to me. Seeing a personalized gift for a loss they’ve experienced touches their heart when they open it. I think it’s better than sending flowers.

Wow, words cannot express how great this item turned out. I got it for my grandad because we had just lost my grandmother in December. This loss has been difficult, but this beautiful piece of her that we have in the house is just so heartwarming. Our family loves this so much. It looks exactly like the preview photo and it was a bigger frame than I thought it would be. It is heavy and of very nice quality. This is something that we will have and cherish forever!
