My go-to gift for friends I gave this to a lifelong friend when her parents passed away and she loved it. I have always loved wind chimes but was not sure what others thought of them. I have since ordered over a dozen chimes throughout the years in memory of someone's loved one or pet. I love that I can choose a sentiment and include the deceased's name and dates. For the ones I have sent in memory for a pet, I love the ability of having a picture on one side and the sentiment on the other. Personalization Mall has never disappointed. From the time I put in my order, the turn around time is usually within 10 days. I also like that I can choose to have it gift wrapped and sent directly to the the person.
Big deal for me was that it's all done in the USA.

After talking to customer service, they told me they’d send me a new Feather out, which was all I wanted And was what I asked for So within a matter of three days, not only did they fix the issue I had a whole new wind chime. I called them and asked him if they wanted the other one back they told me just to keep it I would recommend this company to anyone Thank you all

Memorial wind chimes I sent these wind chimes as a gift to my stepmom in honor of her two sons, which had passed away. She absolutely LOVED them!! So much so, that she hung them right away and sent me a video of them blowing in the wind.
