I was concerned when I ordered it that it would be the lower quality canvas that you see sometimes at department stores. But when it arrived it was the real deal, the straps are
reinforced so they won't rip off easily. The heart with all of the names of my mom's children and grandchildren are just beautiful the bright lettering that I chose worked out perfectly, she just loved it so much. But I had forgot to include my brother David's name yikes! They offered 50% off for me to correct it.
