I received my personalized Christmas Ornament and it is perfect.
The process was easy, the turn around time for delivery was excellent & it came packaged so nice.

The ornament was gorgeous. There was a little delay with shipping because there was a fire on mail truck, but thankfully I got the lil pouch to go with the ornament because it was protected enough. Even a fire on board didn’t hurt the quality of the product. I still wish you didn’t have to pay extra for the pouch & hanging string—I feel it should be included in the price. If this doesn’t show you how important that lil pouch is to the product, not sure what will!

Instead of your tradition Christmas ornaments I take a major event from my child's life during the year and make an ornament out of it! Although the ornaments are beautiful, the shipping and taxes are expensive. There are no coupons on the site, so I had to find a discount code on another site.

Shipping was very expensive but I’ve ordered ornaments before so I knew products were good. Then I got a coupon for free shipping. I’m very disappointed that I wasn’t able to enjoy that perk on my order.
