I received the item, but it was broken. Contacted you guys and I was refunded the purchase price, but could not get the same item in time for Christmas, so I ordered a totally different one.

I am in love with my new Family ornament for 2021. It is sometimes hard to find an ornament that fits the amount of names I need. It is also hard to find one that is for a single Mom and that doesn't have the typical Mom and Dad on the ornament, so this one work out great!

Our Ornament is gorgeous and came exactly as described. After ordering a cheaply made ornament last year from a different site which left me disappointed, I was so happy when finding this site and getting a hard resin type material with our names perfectly engraved. I will order all of my holiday ornaments from here. I put my ornament beside a remote for size comparison.

I just love the ornament. The quality, the engraving and size of it was absolutely wonderful. To my surprise it had good weight to it. I’m very pleased with my purchase. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

It’s so hard to find something with enough space for all the grandkids’ names! I know my mother is going to love this!

I received my product in a timely manor however it had broken in the mail and they were not able to replace it until February. So I am disappointed in their means of shipping but their products are beautiful.
