I ordered the personalized baby frame and it arrived with a small defect. I emailed the support team and they were prompt in getting back with me. I received a new non-damaged frame in no time. I will order from this company again! The frame is cute as well.

My cousin's son just had my cousin's first grandchild. Since I was gifted a frame a few years ago, I thought what better way to celebrate my cousin's first grandchild but with a beautiful frame. Gift was a surprise and my cousin was tickled to receive it. My cousin received the frame within five days after I submitted the order. I was told the package was very well packed and no damage to the frame during shipment. This has been the fourth frame I've gifted to family & friends.

If you put the right photo in this adorable frame you can make the person receiving it cry. I put my new grandson's information on this frame and a photo of his mother holding him when he was just born. She cried. She said it was so sweet.

The framed photo of my new great-granddaughter is beautiful! The quality of the frame is excellent. However, Personalization Mall placed the photo upside down and I will need to take it somewhere to see if someone can open the back because I cannot seem to do it myself.
