Falling Snowflake Family Personalized Ornament Customer Reviews

I use this ornament a little differently than intended. Instead of the family name, I use the phrase, "Our Travels" and each snowflake is a different place we travelled during the year. I even included "Borealis" to capture the Northern Lights we were able to view this year! It's a gift for myself and my husband and we've been doing this for all 6 years we've been together.

The wording and the snowflakes are etched into the glass and it's actual glass. Super cute and a great way to track our travels!!!

I created this ornament for my daughter and her 2 pets. I liked the snowflakes because it wasn't just for Christmas. The ornament is lovely. It arrived quickly (for a custom-made item). It was well-padded. too.

I love these ornaments! I order at least one every year. It's a gift to my husband. Instead of our family name at the bottom and the names of kids or pets in the snowflakes, I place the words "Our Travels" along the bottom and the snowflakes represent everywhere we traveled that year. I've created and ordered this ornament since 2018, and it's our favorite ornament to look back on. In 2020, I needed get creative to fill in more than one flake, and this year, I needed to order two. (:

Also, it's a thick glass which is nice for carpeting and cats. LOL

Nice and dressy looking ornament that will reflect the lights on the tree beautifully! Maybe a little smaller than anticipated but I’m happy. Printing is very crisp and clear. Definitely recommend

I bought this for my brother and sister-in-law to commemorate the birth of their little daughter. It comes exactly like pictured along with a nice drawstring pouch. It was a great family momento that they can use to trim their tree for years to come.

This is a beautiful ornament. The engraving makes it a wonderful keepsake. I bought several to use as hostess gifts for friends and neighbors we celebrate with each year. And of course I bought one for us to keep.

I love our family ornament this year.
The wording is very clearly visible and the snowflakes are very nice .The only reason I have it 4 stars is because I thought the material would be thicker like my other ones. Nevertheless it will look beautiful on out tree Thank you.

This is the first thing from your company that I would not rate with five stars. The names are hard to read on the snowflakes, but the ornament is still cute. I got it on sale, but if I had paid full price for it, I would not have been happy.

Love the ornaments and would have really loved this one if the names had been brighter. It is really pretty. The names should have been white like the 2015 and family name were.

As typical of PM, the quality is fantastic and the service was great!! I have been ordering an ornament from them each year for my boys and am always pleased. This is the first year that I was disappointed. The writing in each snowflake is so small its unreadable. I had written in each snowflake for my kiddos their "likes" of this past year and sadly I can't see them. I would suggest a different ornament from them.
