Website was easy to use. Personalizing process very easy. The 14 bowls I ordered as part of Christmas gift baskets were exactly as advertised. All bowls were packaged better than I had expected. No shipping damage. VERY impressed with the speed of production and shipping time (especially so close to Christmas.) Ordered on a Friday evening and received them the following Wednesday.
