It came out beautiful. My cousin enjoyed it and her grandchildren could not stop looking for their names. Wonderful and unique gift. I wish I could think of others to send to.

The website was easy to use and you can see exactly how the names will be displayed on the pillow.

Product looks exactly as it did in the personalization preview. The material is soft enough, has a linen feel to it. The design is pretty and you can play with the placement of the names by changing the order you list them in. I liked that feature. The pillow itself is a little bit on the small side but not bad. Ordered on 12/13, received on 12/18 with economy shipping so they did a great job getting orders shipped in time for the holidays. Hope my mom loves her gift!

I am thrilled with the "Close To Her Heart" pillow!!
The printing is perfect and it is made of a quality velour(not velvet)material.
It was great that I was able to move the names around(to make the shape of the heart)on the order forms template. That way I was able to put the various family members names close to each other. Very cool!
I will definitely order from Personalization Mall again.

I put the names of my mother’s 19 grandchildren on it. She loved it.

I did discover the more times you add the names when creating it then more dispersed they are. I listed my names twice..

I love it! It is a little bit different in coloration from my 1st pillow but still similar enough.

Ordered this pillow and I noticed the grandma name was spelt wrong, it was my mistake and I even let the very understanding customer rep know, and she was kind enough to talk to her manager and they fixed it for me and sent me a new pillow no charge. Now that is excellent customer service. The customer service rep should be recognized for her excellent customer service..
