I have always loved everything I have purchased from Personalization Mall. They are fast, and the items I have purchased have been made of quality materials. I've never had an issue. But I feel confident that if I ever did, they would make it right. My only complaint is that there aren't many ornaments for families with over 8 members. I need ornaments for 10 members, and hoped this one would accommodate 10 names. I realize we could do photo ornaments, but have members who prefer not to have their pictures reproduced. So that leaves us with names. I'd love to have this ornament made available with an option for 10 names! It's beautiful!
