Very impressed with the quality of this gift, from the pen itself, the metal case/box, and the engraving style! Have to be honest, though.......I miss your brick-and-mortar stores where you could see/feel/examine the product ahead of time instead of hoping for the best upon delivery.

This pen and outer case are beautiful! I gave it 4 stars because the inner part of the case is heavy paper board not metal. It made something beautiful seem a little cheap.

Opened the packagaging for this item and wasn’t too happy with it because the quality seems a bit on the cheaper side and also the pen that came with it was chipped as if someone dropped it

The pen itself is really nice and heavy. The engraving on the pen is dark gray and not easy to see like the picture shows. In the picture it makes it look bright and easy to read. The engraving on the box it comes in was much better.

We have ordered many of these pens in the past. We used to order them for all our new customers. The quality has gone down significantly. We will most likely move away from these pens because of the following:

1- When the pens arrive, they don't seem to have been wiped down. So, you can't send them directly to your customers. There is residue from engraving on both the box and the pen. Sometimes, it looks like they just threw the pens in the box and shipped them.

2- The engraving on the pens used to be very nice and bright. Now is dull and dark, which doesn't work on a black backdrop. They DO NOT look like the picture you see on the website.
