Very nice quality sympathy gift By Shopper (Fenton, MI) - August 9, 2020 I'm very happy with this sympathy gift. The frame is thick wood and could be hung on the wall or used on a table. It is a good quality frame in terms of the design and paint. It was very convenient to be able to use a picture from facebook and have it printed and put into the frame. It has a nice sentiment and the personalization options were nice.

 Beautiful frameBy Shopper (Woodland Park, NJ) - June 16, 2019 The frame was so nice my friend loved it. The only negative about it is where u put the picture it has a plastic cover not glass so it was kind of foggy. I replaced it w a glass one from an old frame I had.

 Perfect remembrance gift, just one issue...I had received a similar gift like this when I lost both of my parents, so giving a gift like this to a dear friend when she lost her mom was the perfect remembrance. Unfortunately, when it arrived the picture was mounted/glued in upside down. I was not able to just take it out and flip it around. You would think that someone would have noticed this when making it, or even doing a quality control check, packaging it, etc. Disappointed. System would not let me upload picture of upside-down photo in product. Called today to see what they will do and they requested an email w/ the photo of the product for review.
I did purchase a memory candle and it turned out perfect!
