The ornaments are nice quality and the clarity and color of the pictures were excellent. One of the three was misaligned so I sent a picture of it to P Mall and they responded promptly. Within an hour I was informed that a new ornament was being made and would arrive quickly. Their customer service is A-1!

I normally order the round ceramic ornament as my annual ornament gift to my girlfriends (as I like that the best) but our group has grown and the round ornament was not going to work.
