I love the products from PM. Been shopping here for gifts for years and not likely to stop anytime soon.
This particular gift, I messed up one of the dates, 100% my fault. They gave me a 20% discount on top of the 50% off promo they were running site wide. If that's not great customer service, I don't know what is. If I wasn't already a lifelong customer, I definitely would be now. Thank you guys so much!!
