The tag on in it indicates it is made in Parma, Italy so it's legit. The engraving is very classy. I bought this as a Christmas present for my husband, who enjoys a nice whiskey, brandy or Scotch. I put his birth year as the "established" date. This is a great gift!

CUSTOMER SERVICE This item was ordered as a birthday gift. When I received it, the engraving was distorted. I called customer service. They directed me to send a photo so the situation could be reviewed. Customer service informed me that I would be notified of their decision. They did engrave the item again and sent the package overnight so that I had it in time for the birthday party. Customer service was stellar. They were extremely professional and easy to contact regarding this problem. THANK YOU!
