So perfect! I ordered 13 of these sweet ornaments for several family members, as I do annually. They are just perfect. I’ve been ordering from personalization mall for years.
This is the first time I received the ornaments without the lovely red velvety pouch bags and didn’t know why. I looked back on the site, and it seems that now the bags are an additional fee of $1.99, ??

Replacement My first order came out darker than previewed photo. I contracted customer support and they sent me a replacement without me asking, free of charge. My other two ornaments came out exactly like the picture! I’m definitely ordering from them again.

 Poor color qualityThe picture approved on the website was much darker on the actual ornament- very disappointing!

Tilted picture I sent an email and no response. I called during business hours and also no response. I ordered an ornament to give as a gift. The ornament itself is great, good quality. However the hole for the ribbon was placed too far to the side. Hanging the ornament, the picture is tilted. I’m not sure why it wasn’t centered since there was open space with no faces.

Shadows on bottom of ornaments We have always had good success in the past with these ornaments, but the ones with the three girls all had Shadows covering the bottom third of them and really have to be redone. I don't know what happened in the manufacturing process. I expect personalization Mall will step up and fix these and then we will be satisfied again
