Beautiful, very satisfied

The ornament is very pretty. I would have liked the option to leave one of the lines blank. Instead, I had to use a "." on that line. Nothing on this says Precious Moments, so it is absolutely overpriced.

This is very pretty, a beautiful memorial of my sister, however, there is a sticker over the date, it is very difficult to remove clean

Perfect gift for a friend who lost a loved one. Arrived in a lovely velvet bag.

The cross looked nice and the engraving was good. A little thin, I thought.

This was suppose to be done on premium glass, was process and shipped on the thin regular glass. As of this date the situation has not been corrected. I paid extra money for the premium glass and didn't receive that. The photo is not what I got as far as the thickness of the glass.

I ordered these ornaments and I remember choosing to pay $11.99 vs $9.99 because they said the 11.99 was premium. Only the tear drops were glass, these others are crap and certainly not worth 11.99
