The item shipped the same day I ordered it. I was impressed. I was not impressed by the shipping even though it was Fed X. It took a long time for me to receive it. Half the time the tracking number didn't work and I finally had to call and have it checked. Response was quick, but the shipping is brutal.

The finished product is exactly what I wanted, so I highly recommend them. Just be prepared on the delivery time. Fed X has disappointed many times this year.

The doormat was much sturdier than I thought it was going to be. It is really the perfect gift for people that are hard to buy for.
