Engraving on glass ornament was perfect the glass ornament was solid glass and very pretty

I wanted a small token gift for a forty year anniversary because you don’t need much after all those years. This is perfect. I use this Christmas ornament idea for all my anniversary gifts. I even got a Christmas tree picture with the ornament hanging on the tree.

I was so glad to see this specific ornament on your website. 65 is not a wedding anniversary that we see often, and I wanted to do something special for this sweet couple. It's beautiful; and since it isn't really "Christmas-y" it can be displayed year round. If I make any changes at all, it would be to simply switch out the silky ribbon for a velvet one. (The silky doesn't hold knots well.)

I really heart and the service I received. I asked for a replacement because the heart I received was really dirty and when I tried to clean it, the lettering came off. The 2nd came to me was still dirty not as bad but still filthy. I wish that it was sent with a soft cloth and cleaning directions to make it shiny. Otherwise I do like the heart,

I am usually very happy with the personalized items i receive from personalization mall. I wasnt extremely happy with this ornament. The writing is very small and doesnt stand out. It seems to be a little off center too. Its not bad enough to return but I felt it wasnt their best work
