Nice Envelopes but did not need them By Shopper (Bismarck, ND) - August 18, 2021I ordered Christmas cards that included envelopes. The cards are very nice. However, there is some poor communication on their website. As it asked if I wanted my return address printed on the envelopes. So I said "YES". Went through the process. But, instead of printing on my included envelopes, I ended up paying for another set of envelopes at $16.99. So now I have 50 cards and 100 envelopes of which I only need 50. Thought it was a high price for printing the addresses but they should have questioned that I would want 100 envelopes for 50 cards and checked with me. I guess you live and learn at your own expense. Very disappointed in the website on this issue. |
