Bought this as a gift and the recipient loved it and was touched.

I dont send flowers. I look for memorial remerberances that can be used or saved by family members. A gentleman, now a widower, is hard to find something for. A picture frame to save a picture of his wife of 50 plus years is something he can save and have, yet easily moved with him as he transitions too.

I have ordered several bereavement keepsakes from P Mall for the past several years, and all have been very well received and turned out beautifully. Good quality...not "cheap." Reasonably priced, too. Much better than flowers. They are quick with the orders, too.

This item is very nice. I love that they have pre-scripted suggestions for the verbiage on the plaques. It's very well written and helpful.
I also wanted to give a shout out to the customer service dept for sending a replacement plaque overnight. I ordered 2 and one was cracked upon arrival on Thursday night. I immediately emailed the company b/c I needed it 2 days later for a Celebration of Life event. They promptly within responded hours to my email and placed a re-order and overnighted it. I received it this morning (Saturday) and now I can present both plaques tomorrow at the event. Thanks again!!

This engraved etched frame is a treasure! I was able to have a special picture on one side and a meaningful poem on the other. After the poem there was room for several more lines and I was able to include my own memories and names about my friends spouse
