Gave these mugs to several family members for Christmas. They are beautiful with clear pictures. Very nice product and the shipping time was good. However I would recommend getting the larger size 14oz as the 11 oz is on the small side. Not the company’s fault. I should realized

I bought 2 of these to give as gifts. They are beautiful. I purchased these for myself in the past. The have been through the dishwasher about 100 times and still look like new!

A special gift for my daughter and she loved it.

After pouring through many memorable photos on my phone, I decided to send my dear friend in TX a photo collage mug just to let her know how much she means to me. The end result was a beautiful mug adorned with all the photos I’d picked...including a special quote as one of the photos. It arrived on time, securely packaged & ready to fill with her favorite blend. Now she gets to “see” me every morning when she wakes up! Thank you for helping create the perfect gift! I love this mug, I have purchased it the past 2 years for a Christmas present for my husband. The size is just right and able to get good quality pictures with a fast turn around. I would just like more colors of this mug offered in the future.

I ordered this mug last week for Father's Day, it arrived Tuesday but the handle was in four pieces. I contacted customer service and without any questions they sent a replacement, free of charge and it got here today, 3 days later!

I came here instead of another site because I didn’t want some cutesy phrases - just the photos of my choice. I also appreciate the choice of a darker interior so staining can be avoided. Not having gold is a bonus since gold sparks in the microwave. Who never needs to reheat their coffee?
