Photos were clear and bright. Mug is good size ... not too big ... not too small. Fair price. Perfect gift. Would buy this again in a heartbeat.

I love this product. It was fun selecting the pictures and designing the layout. The pictures turned out sharp with excellent color. The mug size is perfect for that morning cup of coffee. It is also a good weight. It's not too heavy and not thin and light.

Since Noverber 2018, I have ordered 7 personalized photo mugs. I have been so pleased with all of them. The pictures are clear and colorful. The 15oz.mug is just the right size and weight. This is a high quality mug. Each one is so special because the photos were chosen by me. Each mug was created for a specific person. Ordered this personalized mug for my husband for Christmas with pictures of our dog that recently passed. It is so beautiful and the pictures I picked out to go on the mug turned out amazing. I recently ordered two of the 15 oz. photo collage coffee mugs as prizes for our family union. I chose most of the photos that were older black & whites so they all looked uniform. Also, I am glad I choose the larger 15 oz. mug size, as the mug is taller. They give you instructions for downloading the photos you chose to use. The two mugs shipped quickly and arrived each packed in individual boxes. I liked them so much, I ordered two more mugs and also several of the photo collage mouse pads. The mugs were a big hit at the family reunion.

Great mug! I wanted a larger mug and this was 15 or 16 oz. so I was happy I could get it! Very easy to make!! Just a note-since this size has only white mugs I need to LIGHTEN THE PICTURES you put on it. Mine are kinda dark but still look good. Best part are the pictures do not look pixelee!! Got to make so many more for family now!

Originally I had given this 4 stars for a few different reasons. I definitely think it deserves 5 stars! The whole family really loved it when it was presented as a gift for Father's Day and my husband uses it every day and it sits on our counter. So I will say that is a great success!

After comparing it again to my customized Walmart mug I will say the pictures are VERY clear and the only reason my mug was not as I had wholeheartedly wanted when I first opened the package was because I had used two different types of colored photos. Some were bright while others were dark. This was a mistake on my behalf as far as me not knowing how to properly work with the customization process in an optimal way. But live and learn!

So all in all YES BEAUTIFUL product with VERY CLEAR photo resolution.I highly recommend it! The only thing is please offer it in more colors like a blue, brown or red in the 15 oz size. I have also sent this request via email to customer support.

TIP: Use all images shot in a normal lighting, the darker the better it seems. If you have very bright images, DO NOT use them! Also, use photos that seem to blend well and match in lighting. (just look at the one I made and you can see what I mean... I wish I would have chosen a few photos differently but for next time... :)

Love the amount of photos on the cup. I do wish I could have rearranged the photos myself. Gave one to my Father, and mom, and they love it.
