I have ordered 10 or more mugs & I have loved all of them..hopefully the people I gave them to as gifts loved them as much..

This was a mother's day gift and I've bought ones before from different companies but this one was perfect the color and clarity of the pictures on the mug were way above what I was expecting

Super easy to crop and add your photos. It was a gfit for my wife and she loved it! I had tried another company that took 3 weeks to make the mug, it arrived a week after Christmas and it wasn't even the picture I had sent them!

I love the picture mugs I got, they're perfect gifts! One thing to improve on is bubble wrap or something to keep the mug from cracking during delivery. It just came in a small box about the size of the mug but there's nothing on the inside to protect it. One of the mugs I got was chipped and cracked so I had to email customer service. But I was pleased when they told me I could get a replacement free of charge! I highly recommend this site, customer service AND quality was amazing!

This was a gift and the recipient loooves it. He's used it every day since I gave it to him. It's not super large, but it's good quality, and the color looks just like the picture.
