Once it finally got there... I purchased this for a friend who's husband just died. The review is not completely for the stone, but for the company. When I ordered it I paid extra shipping to get it there quickly. When it did get there quickly it was for someone else's memorial stone. Then my friend emailed the company and they emailed back stating that they would ship out another at no cost. No apology, no nothing. And the way the email was worded it sounded as if it was saying, "Ok this time we will send it out at no charge to you"... as if it was her fault. I called and complained and told this this was not the product to mess up on. The rude lady offered no apology only said "mistakes happen". I told her I paid for quick shipping to have it there quickly since she was having people over after the memorial service. She put me on hold and then said it will get there tuesday. I stated again that I paid extra and she said ok hold on... it will get there Monday. When my friend received it it was addressed to her first name and my last name. She called to confirm. They said that they ship to what it's addressed to. I have had ordered from them before and my name and shipping information hasn't changed and is still correct. I even checked the order form I was emailed. I will never order from here if it's something important and sensitive as this. To be so uncaring and irresponsible. The stone finally got there and the box was brought in by one of the guest. I gave the stone 5 stars, the correct one was very nice. I deducted 2 for the service and ability to get something right. I would have deducted all 5 if it weren't for the fact that I was reviewing the stone. :(
