I purchased my 1st set of personalized luggage tag almost 4yrs ago without any issues. Not until my trip to Houston, TX this weekend and I saw how badly the baggage handler had handled my luggage. Not only was it crushed in transport (that was bad enough) but they broke my luggage tag!!?? Thankfully, I was able to order replacements ??

I purchased four personalized luggage tags that have a picture of our dog in front of our fireplace at Christmas on the front and our address on the back for my wife. She loves them! The picture is beautiful and the tags are much thicker and more substantial than I was expecting - that’s a good thing! I’m confident that these are going to last a long time and my wife is thrilled to have them on her luggage.

Over the years I've ordered these luggage tags over and over as gifts for family members. The quality is high, and it's a great way to personalize luggage. My kids and I use them on our suitcases. Ordered 3 sets of these tags to gift my grandsons. Attached them to attaché cases which belonged to their Papa filled with hair care products. These tags ate great for many uses and quality is outstanding.

Been ordering these for years because they do wear out when you send checked luggage through. Not for lack of durability, but any hard tag will be vulnerable to the handling equipment. The quality is always great.

I ordered this as a Christmas present on Saturday. It's Monday and they are already in. The tag is a hard plastic with pictures on both sides. The attachments are heavy duty. I am beyond impressed with this product.

Love the photo luggage tags! Great quality. This is my second time ordering them. First ordered in 2012. I must say I preferred the metal closures instead on plastic ones. The plastic ones are not very secure. I recommend using the metal closures to prevent them from falling off.

These tags are the hard plastic tags that do not bend and can stand up to baggage handlers. Order processed and ship fast. Ordered before and also give as gifts.

The tags are sturdy and attractive. Thicker than I expected. They were made and shipped quickly, we were notified when they shipped end of their anticipated arrival. Really couldn’t have done a better job; spendy, but worth it.
