I ordered this as a gift for a friend’s baby shower and I am disappointed with the way the insert fits into the basket, which was purchased with it. I ironed the material thinking that would help, but it still doesn’t fit nicely. The personalization is great, but I would not order this item again.

The basket is beautiful and the embroidery is perfect. However, I was slightly disappointed in the size. I thought the basket would be a little deeper to hold more. I wish the description would have included measurements. I am not sure I would have ordered this particular item if I had known the size; I would have probably picked some other personalized item from this store. I do love Personalization Mall!

because the header on this item says welcome baby liner I assumed the welcome baby would already be embroidered it isn't the liner only comes with the baby's name

Basket with liner

I was disappointed in the color. The choices were none I wanted so chose the natural, thinking it would be a light neutral It really is a dark tan, not fitting for a baby's room. I would have thought white to be a better choice for people who couldn't use the colors available. The shipping, package and quality were a 5 star, but the color ruined the look I was going for.

SMALL & CHEAP LOOKING!

This is much smaller than it appears in the picture. That teddy bear must be about 6 inches tall. It is very shallow. To put in perspective- a pack of wipes filled 3/4th of it. The basket also has a cheap, plastic shine to it. Not worth the cost!!!

Be very careful as this product is priced to have a basket included, photo includes a basket, but listing has basket included as “optional” which doubles the price if you include it and there’s one small bullet in the description that notes this. The basket is not optional.....Customer service is horrendous and won’t rectify the situation. NOT worth the money. Won’t use this site again.

Very misleading

I order from the site very often and this is the first time I've been disappointed. The basket and the liner are sold separately which makes no sense because who would buy a liner without a basket. Since I order often, I just clicked on the product, chose the color and purchased. Unfortunately, I didn't see at the bottom that the basket is sold separately and now my friend just has a liner. Very misleading in the picture and not sure why they would consider selling these two separately.
