I needed a retirement gift quickly. The site allowed me to design the mug and see how it would look. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised that the mug looked exactly as shown on the sight. Often times the font and display look different when the item arrives. The mug was nice quality. In my situation the item arrive a day earlier than the estimated date. Overall I was very pleased and will use Personalization Mall again.

GREAT MOMENTO. HE HAD SOME RINKY DINKY MUGS FOR DECORATIONS BUT THIS CAN GO IN HIS GLASS CASE. LOVED IT. JUST FORGOT TO FILL IT UP W/YELLOW TISSUE FOR A BETTER EFFECT.

I was looking for a good Groomsman gift for my upcoming wedding. The other mugs were nice, but I wanted something a bit bigger. This was perfect. We put each person's name on the mug and then wrote a little quote or something special about each one. They were better than I had imagined. Great Product.

This item is as nice if not nicer than pictured. The glass is thick and crystal clear. The engraving is perfect. This item came quickly. I'm very happy with it.

I'm very pleased with this glass, engraved mug for my nephew. It's large, sturdy and very nice. I would order it again, but just wish the delivery hadn't been so delayed that it didn't arrive in time for his retirement party. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 5 star.

Product well made. But it is extremely heavy.

Quality of the mug is good. I have ordered items in the past, and just wish that the products would be checked over carefully before mailing out. This mug had a scratched on the other side of the mug. I have had to send back other items before because of flaws like this.

Great quality but the engraving is very light. Can only read it well with dark liquid in it.

This was much better than buying a generic mug at the store. My client liked his personalized mug.

Pretty good mug but I would have preferred a deeper etch. As it is, I had to hold the mug up to the light in order to see the design clearly. In contrast, I got another beer mug from Pmall that had a deeper etch (sandblasting method) and with that I could see the design clear as day without lifting towards the light. So while this mug looks good filled with beer, the design is lost when empty which is disappointing since its often being displayed in a home office.

Had some problems with web site, hope I get int in the time I need it

I recently purchased this Mug for Customer of the Year at the bar. After a 1-2 months of mild use, the mug handle broke as it was removed from the glass chiller. The mug was handle with standard care when it was removed from the freezer.

I was very disappointed since I did not find any indication that this mug was sensitive to cold temperatures. However, after about 6 months, I thought the mug should be replace, so I am giving this product a second chance. This time, I will not have it stored in the glass chiller, and hopefully this mug will not share the same fate as the previous mug.

Extremely disappointed; embarrassed actually, to even give the gift.
The Mug is great and the Engraving is pretty, but it totally can not be read because it is not colored. Should be black lettering so it is readable without anything in it.
