This is the fifth pet memorial I have had made by Personalization Mall. All were beautifully done, including the last one. However, the hinges in the last one were poorly assembled and the two panels came apart with only the slightest movement when I tried to adjust the panels. I had to repair the hinges and re-insert them into the slots that were cut into the sides of each panel. This item was a gift for a very close friend, so I hope the hinges hold. A closer quality control inspection of the final product is definitely warranted.

Very nice. Picture is perfect. However could have been a larger frame.

I ordered two of these for my daughters. They loved them however one of daughters broke the very first day. She had folded it for traveling and when she got home and opened it the hinges came out

I really liked how the picture came out was really nice only down fall would be the hinged area needs to be done better. Other than that I’d recommend this to all friends and family.

The pets in heaven plaque was simply beautiful. I gave 4 stars only because the poem was squished down to fit the frame so it seemed a little blurry. Still readable but it was obvious it was sized down too much.
Overall this was a great buy for the recipient. He loved it so much he cried.

Overall, the quality of the finished product is excellent. However, there are two reasons why I did not give it a Five-Star review: (1) the memorial plaque is smaller than expected (i.e., guess I missed the dimensions in the product description), and (2) the picture of the lost pet in the memorial turned out "darker" than the original used (i.e., in fact, the picture of the pet used in this message is lighter than the picture in the memorial plaque. Go figure, huh?). Otherwise, I am very pleased and plan to order other memorials if and when needed.

Very happy with the memorial gift. Picture is great and not distorted. Only issue was the USPS. It sat in Philadelphia for 5 days before it was finally delivered

Product was sympathy gift for a friend who lost a pet dog. Finished product very nice.

It was a little smaller than I expected (granted I am sure the measurements are listed) and the picture was a little more grainy than I would like (might have been the picture I chose). But I still gave it 4 stars since those are probably more my mistakes than the item itself. The hinges do feel a little cheap and flimsy so I am making sure to be extra careful with it.

The item itself is great. It comes exactly how you see it. It's smaller than I thought (maybe I didn't read all the details) but perfect for a desk. The package leaves something to be desired. It comes in a flimsy box with no kind of wrapping around the item. The box opened during transport so the frame has a very small chip in the lower corner. It really should have some kind of bubble wrap or something to secure it better in the package. I do love it though.

I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that the font used is very hard to read.

Got this Rainbow Bridge and photo combination for my daughter-in-law who lost her fur baby that she dearly loved. It's hard to know what you can do to help someone when they are grieving over a cherished pet. But the rainbow bridge sentiment at least provides a positive wish. It helped me in my own past experiences. My daughter in law loved it, tho she still cried, but appreciated it as a memory she can hold on to.

This is a beautiful item. Disappointed that the picture came out darker than how it showed online before I ordered. Other than that it is beautiful.

Picture turned out well. The 2 sides weren't lined up straight when the were attached. Its only about 2 mm & setting on the counter no one should notice, but I noticed the variance when I unwrapped it.

I just received my plaque. I really like it alot. The picture of our pet is a little dark but that could have been my fault with the picture I sent. Overall this is a great plaque that we will cherish for a very long time. Thank you again!!

This gift was meant for a special friend who recently loss their
friend/pet tragically and suddenly. This was a perfect, meaningful
expression to remember his friend. Quality was great. One observation
was picture was a little darker than what showed on screen on computer,
even though I was able to adjust it. Should have gone lighter.
Delivery was exactly as promised. I have ordered other monogrammed products from Personalization Mall.com and would highly recommend this product and others. Very pleased with this website. Thank you very much.

I only took off one star because my dog's picture came out darker than what it looked like in the preview.

Overall my husband and I loved it.

Very nice but wish it was bigger. Also don't make your picture darker even if it looks better on the computer screen. It is very dark once you receive it. I wish they had someone on their end to correct this.

Was very pleased with the product. The photo plaque is exactly advertised. For a pet owner and lover as I am, I can't think of a better tribute to my best buddy, 'Little Man" I've had for so many years.

My daughter was very emotional when she received the poem and photo but loved having something to remember her sweet honey

As always very happy with my purchase, vey nice frame with a very sweet saying. I gave 4 stars because I believe there's a misspelled word in the verse, should be spelled intense, but is spelled intents.

Very pleased with the Plaque but the second time I took it out of the box the hinges broke and it was in two pieces. I called P.Mall and they immediately replaced it free of charge. This was a gift, and my friend Absolutely Loved it! Thank you Personalazation Mall!

The frame is beautiful with my dogs picture and the Rainbow bridge but the font on the poem is hard to read.

The plaque is beautiful overall. However, if you look closely, you may find its defects that are described by other customers. My plaque’s poem has several typos and the font should be darker. I do not know why it looks blurry which makes it difficult to read. Fortunately, the picture looks fine.

My original review was removed for reasons unbeknownst to me. The plaque itself looks fine. However, as other customers have expressed, the Rainbow Bridge poem is blurry which makes it difficult to read. In my opinion, the font should be darker. I purchased this plaque for my brother several years ago and the font definitely did not look like this. Also, the price increased but the quality decreased. I will not be repurchasing this item.

This particular item came into the mail and I opened it and noticed the picture of as pulling from the wood plaque. Very disappointed in the making of the product. It was nicely wrapped though. I will not purchase this again.

The item itself is great!!
It's just the uploading and cropping of the photo on your website was very challenging thus making it off centered and that was very disappointing!
When I did my last one in Aug of 2015 it was very easy. this one however was very difficult to do thus when it arrived aside from being heartbroken over my loss I now look at this and am so disappointed know how difficult it was to get it.

I thought it was cheap looking. I looked at all reviews before purchasing and most were good but when I got it I was very disappointed it is very cheap wood

I gave this to my best friend for christmas, After she openend it she passed it to her Mom to see. This is when the hinges came apart- the 2 pieces were separated by cheap hinges. Personalization Mall sent me another one but it was not sent very quickly as I will have to mail it to my friend now since she lives out of town, I just got it Friday Jan 4th and they should have offered to ship it to her. I also had to send a photo before they took it back.....

Its a great looking piece it just is cheaply made......If you want it in 2 pieces then order it....
