Love this frame. My only issue with the engraving is that the small phrase at the lower left is not centered there. The letter is right on the edge of the frame. It is not centered like the one in the sample picture. Had it been more centered down there, it would have been perfect.

i was surprised by the quality of this frame and how beautifull the engraving looked. It was sharp and precise. It was a Christmas gift to my son and daughter in law for their 1.5 year old son. They really liked it.

It was initially over priced and I almost didn't buy it, but the longer I waited the price came down and emails were sent to me with lower prices and a coupon.

Great quality, heavy wood. The only negative i would say is that there are only two designs, either a box-y line or a way too feminenne scroll/hearts. I ended up picking the boxy one to give my godmother just because the hearts were too much, i felt it took away from the seriousness of the gift.

If you do not want a sentiment, you need to use the word, "None". It will not take a space and you can not leave it blank. There are no instructions for this so I wrote "No sentiment". As a result they printed "No sentiment" on the frame. The company would not acknowledge the error with their online ordering process and I had to reorder and pay for another frame. They would only give me a 30% discount.
