As it turns out, this ornament isn't really my style, but it's very pretty. It was certainly worth the price to try a clear crystal ornament to see whether it brought joy to my tree. I'm going to try to add a red fabric backing so the writing will be more visible. If you like understated or sophisticated ornaments, you'd probably love this one.

The ornament is very thin but she loved it

I enjoyed the option to totally customize an ornament for me and my husband. When it arrived it was absolutely just like I'd designed and is a perfect addition to our holiday decor. The one complaint, is the ornament is extremely thin and very lightweight. It's very fragile to the touch so warning to handle with care.

bought this gift for a friends Anniversary.

The ornament came just as I ordered it. I was expecting it to be a little bit larger but it is still beautiful. I picked regular shipping and got my order in exactly 7 days. The only complain I have is the shipping rate is expensive around $6 while the product cost $9. For such a small package I don't know why it cost so much for shipping.

It was very nice and I was surprised it was glass. Everything I wanted on there was there, but it was a little small. I realize an ornament can't be huge, and that the size was in the description, but when you have it in your hands, it's a different story. But it really is pretty and delicate and my nephew and his fiancee loved it!

This looks precisely as described. It's smaller and thinner than I was expecting but absolutely worth the cost.

This was a cute, well-made ornament. Some of the words were too small to see.

We have purchased this ornament before. It is absolutely beautiful although this time, the etching was off. It looks kind of funny because the hole is super close to where the etching is. We laid it on top of the old ornament to compare. The hole where the ribbon goes through and the heart matched but the etching was indeed off. Either way, it's still beautiful and we will continue to order every year.

This ornament was beautiful and had some weight to it, but the writing was very light and kinda fuzzy in some places. All in all, it was a good purchase for the price

A little smaller than I thought but it's a beautiful ornament. Really delicate so be careful.

I hope they never get rid of this design. The only thing I wish is that we could fully customize every word. My husband and I buy one yearly and edit it to say "our Year in 2017" or whatever year it is. Then we put words that express that year or what we did. Concerts. Graduation. Moving. Marriage. Many different things. Then over the years it's fun to look back and say ohhh remember that?! It's a great thing I look forward to buying each year and it comes out beautiful.

This item is beautiful! The only thing that kept me from giving it a full 5 stars is that the writing is just a tad too light in my opinion. If I don't hold it at just the right angle, I can barely see the writing against the clear background. Otherwise I love this ornament and love how the wording is randomly placed.

I got this as a small token for our Anniversary for my husband. He loved it. It was a bit thinner than I expected and smudges VERY easily, but is an all around good gift.

I have ordered this item multiple times as a gift. Everyone loved it. The last one I ordered had glitter in the writing and was slightly harder to read.

I bought 2 ornaments, 1 in memory of my dog who recently passed and another for my husband and I.
I was a little disappointed in the fact that it was hard to read without
having light behind it, but I still like the thoughts and look forward to using them on our tree this year.

The product itself is made of good quality and looks great. It's a great unique gift only wished it was a little bigger so certain words can be bigger.

Doesn't matter if you've been dating a year or married for 20, you can personalize with singular words that will make you both smile whenever you read your memories.

This ornament was a cute way to highlight a couples important memories. It allows for several ideas to be etched into the glass ornament. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star rating is because I was expecting the ornament to be a little bigger, which would have made it easier to read. But all in all, it turned out well and I like the ornament.

The quality is good. Etching is good quality. Arrived two days earlier than original date given. Only negative as it was thinner than expected.

Ordered for relatives for Christmas. Love that you can customize to list things that mean something to them.

Liked the way the website was interactive in that every word I chose, I could see what item would look like and I was able to make changes to get the look perfect. I did have t make a phone call before I ordered. Overall, very pleased. I will order from them again!

I love that I was able to put so much personalization into this product. It was easy to order, arrived quickly, and was just as described.

The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is I wish there was an option to delete the words "love," "good times," and "memories." I would have rather not had those three predetermined messages and instead been able to put 3 more personalized messages of my own.

It would. be helpful to write sugguesseted things to out on ornament! Date. Place. Name of church. Color scheme. Etc.....

I used this ornament to list our children's and grandchildren's names on it. May split info, some words are bigger others are smaller.

I ordered this ornament for my son & his new bride. It's beautiful ..... I put their wedding date, countries they have visited, the restaurant from their 1st date, cat's name, etc. It's a Xmas gift-Ithink they'll love it!

Ordered the ornaments as gifts for family members, not for couples. Had some made to represent our family and memories and the others to represent our children and their characteristics. Really like how they look and the wording. wish they were a little larger, but overall, they are great. Would recommend this item.

The quality is superb and the personalization just added to the beauty of the ornament. The only drawback is it is hard to read, unless there is some type of background, otherwise the writing blends in and makes it difficult to read.

Gave to my husband with earlier memories to today ...came out nice...wish the lettering was a little darker or easier to see ...bit was really nice regardless

These ornaments are SUCH a sweet keepsake. I bought three for my close friends and they are thrilled! They are a bit smaller/thinner than I'd hoped, but they are still very nice. Shipping was on time but a bit pricey for this item I feel. My only real gripe is that the gift boxes you pay extra for have their ad across the top as well as the little "velvet" type bags that the ornaments come in, which cheapens the look. They also are just paper boxes, nothing sturdy, so don't waste your money on them. I went out and got my own gift boxes instead making them look classier. Overall, I am super happy with my purchases though!

Simply beautiful!

I received this product as a promotion and was happy to be able to personalize it based on my life. My only issue was that one of the printed memories was slightly crooked. It's still legible and still a nice product.

It is really thin glass , heart shape, but overall it's good n a nice gift with velvet pouch

I loved that this ornament could be personalized with many details of the event, in this case a wedding and honeymoon. I wish the glass had been a little thicker and the ornament a bit bigger because the print was rather small. Overall, still nice for memories.
