I was a little disappointed in the actual size.but the item is nice.

I ordered this as a one year anniversary gift for my boyfriend :)
It came in on time, and it was exactly what the picture said it would be. It was a little smaller than i originally thought, but it's still perfect :)
i would recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful ornament to treasure the memories. I love how just a word or a place can trigger all the memories stored by this ornament. The ornament itself is finished nicely. The velvet string bag isn't really as nice as I imagined it to be when I first read the description before ordering--but that's not why I bought the ornament. All in all I am pleased with my purchase.

This is so personal and just a lovely gift idea! I got one for my niece that is getting married with her wedding date and memories of their 7 years of dating. I also got one for my and husband and I full of fun memories over the years. Good quality.

I ordered this for me and my husband because this is our first Christmas together being married! I love the ornament, the engraving is beautiful! the only thing is the picture online made the ornament look larger then it really is so it was kind of a let down when I opened it and it was so small! But I am very pleased with it overall and would order one as a gift as well!

Personalized ornament received on time and exactly as ordered.

I bought this Christmas Ornament to remember our wedding day. It is a well made ornament, and the ability to personalize is with those little things that mean something special is what sold me! The only reason I didn't give this product 5 stars is because the ribbon included is a little cheap looking, but that is easily replaced. I would highly recommend purchasing this ornament!

The personalization was smeared or missing by the time it arrived in multiple areas of the ornament. Overall, its okay, but I have definitely received much better from personalization mall in the past.

The item is beautiful in theory, but it is really hard to see what is etched into it.

I loved this when I saw it. I wasn’t able to choose everything the ornament said. It came with some words I couldn’t change. And the ornament itself was way smaller and more dainty than I had expected. Still pretty though.

I have purchased this ornament, annually, for almost 10 years now and usually I would give it 5 stars, but over time, the ornament has gotten smaller and this years order in particular, the etching is off-center so some of the words are on the edge of the ornament. I feel the font has become smaller too. Not DISSATISFIED but also not in love with it this year, as I normally am. Personalization mall has proven to give consistent products and I find this ornament a nice way to summarize the year as a christmas gift.

I have been ordering one of these ornaments each Christmas for five years now. I am disappointed that this year the appearance of the words seems cloudy. Beware: The words are not nearly as clear to read as they appear on the website. Also make sure that the more letters you try to fit into a space, the smaller and closer together the letters are squished. Make sure to choose the fewest letters possible for each available space on the ornament. It makes for better readability.

I have been buying these ornaments for weddings for years and have always been happy with them. This last order I found that the hearts barely looks like a hearts any more. It is very rounded at the top and a little more lightweight now. The etching is a little vague this time too. I still like this ornament but wanted the company to know that I noticed a change in this product.

I love this ornament but am disappointed that the glass is so thin. I am sure the first time it falls off the tree and hits my wood floor it will be broken.

This ornament was beautiful and personal. I loved that about this gift. When the order was placed the headline was that it would arrive by Christmas. However at checkout because it was being shipped to Alaska they would only allow subprime shipping. Meaning less than regular mail. I often mail to AK from FL and know that Shipping priority is cheapest. This was small and going priority would be about the same price. It sat for days before arriving late. I’ll not order again from this company.

Love the idea! Wished it was just a little bit bigger. Can hardly see what's on it.

These ornaments make beautiful gifts - in fact, this is the 7th one that I have bought in the past 2 years. I have customized them for anniversaries, weddings and engagements. Although I love the ornament, I have to say... the thick cord ribbon with the bow that previously came with this product was so much nicer than the cheap thin ribbon that was sent with this one. I will be going to the store to purchase a nicer and stronger ribbon - for that I am disappointed.. adds cost and time.

The ornament is smaller than I expected. The first one I ordered came broken, so they sent me another one. The person I gave it to loved it and thought it was a very cute and thoughtful gift.

Be careful with it. It seems as if it falls it will break very easily.

This is a beautiful ornament, but because it's clear and the imprint is etched (white-ish), it's difficult to read. I recommend a bolder, thicker font if you want this item to stand out.

Although I absolutely LOVE this ornament, it's difficult to read the small print on it.

It's nixe, but a little jumbled

I was somewhat disappointed with the clarity of the etching of the words. In the online pictures it looks crystal clear, but when I received it in the mail, I could see that each letter is made up of tiny lines that were almost double lines. My daughter loved the sentiment, as did I, but I had expected a higher quality. I received it on time, and the extra gift box I ordered was very nice.

The Ornament is very nice, the only thing is that the lettering in "some" of the sections is so small it is very difficult to read and the arrangement of some of the words were not in an order that the phrase I had put on made sence.

It should have said " I think I love you, I wanna to Kiss you. Instead it says I wanna forever and the other side says I think I love you, kiss you.

The ornament is very nice, but it is not as thick or precisely etched as I expected.

Lettering was to small and to light. Really hard to see what is written. A contrasting background would of made the writing easier to read.

i loved the thought of this ornament how you can personalize it with different things..but you can only put 1 or 2 words in certain areas before it starts looking to small and you cant read it..i bought 4 of them for friends and family and i would not buy these again..they still loved them, my mother actually asked me what hers said for one line. if you buy these keeps the lines short.

I ordered this item for my niece and her new husband, and LOVED the idea of customizing this ornament to reflect their wedding date/location/honeymoon destination/hobbies/etc. I am pleased with its uniqueness, but a bit disappointed in the quality of the etching. It seems uneven in depth, and some small type is very hard to read. I wish the actual etching/engraving read as clearly as the digital proof that I approved, or the sample that is reflected on the website. But, overall, it's a special gift celebrating my niece's special day, and would rate it 3-1/2 stars if that option were available.

It's a beautiful piece, but it truly is too small in my opinion. The ornament being clear glass ends up disapearing into the tree because it is so little. Also some of the lines of text are so small they're nearly indistinguishable because they are tiny. The thought of hanging this on an individual would prevent it from getting lost within the tree, but it's size would make it somewhat odd looking being on its own. I believe the size should be increased to at least 4x3.5 to really appreciate the piece.

This item was much smaller than anticipated and expensive for what it was. a little disappointed.

I cheated and used this 'couples' heart to include several family members' names. It's a nice ornament, heavy and thick. I didn't like that two of the entries were sooo tiny you could barely read them, though. I may have returned it for that reason only, but it was too close to Christmas and I needed to give it to my MIL. She loved it all the same and it's so nice that it includes the year. Price was decent too.

White on letters seem to be somewhat faded... but overall good. We'll see if it lasts.

I really liked the ornament I purchased. My only complaint is that I wish the writing was darker on the glass. Some parts seemed to be faint.

Make sure you check the size specifications. This was a lot smaller than I had anticipated. Very nicely done, just small.

This ornament is adorable and it has tons of space to add pets and special dates ... I even put our current address on it since it is always a great marker of time. The cost seemed reasonable considering how much information you are able to personalize.
I wish I had read the bad reviews before I purchased the ornament because I was dissapointed in the quality. The ornament is a very thin piece of glass and I am worried that it might break one day ... you need to be extra careful with this one and hang it high on the tree so no one can touch it.

The glass quality was nice, but the text was printed onto the glass was not very centered. I would have returned it but I don’t have time to get a new one before Christmas. Very disappointing

I should of read the dimensions. It’s very nice, but I thought it would be larger. The words are difficult to read. Too many options of words in the small space

Much smaller than I thought. Some of the etching was not deep enough to show the letter - I’ve bought plenty from this sight over the years - never received sub-par work like this before. Bummed

The ornament is not clearly visible. I wish it had a black background so the words can be read. Its hard to read.
