I did not yet receive this item, because of a UPS issue, but when contacted PM resolved it to my satisfaction. I’m sure the item will be as nice and well done as all the many other items I have purchased from them over the years.

I love Our Life Together Ornament. This is my fourth purchase. I bought them for three 50th anniversary couples and one for our 50th anniversary. The other two couples seemed to really appreciate them. I had places for children and grandchildren, anniversary date, first address and current address. I'm confidant the couple receiving this one will also be pleased.

This was exactly as advertised! The ornament is just what we needed for our anniversary and the display on the site was exactly as the item looked when we received. Would highly recommend.

My kids and their spouses/significant others loved these. They were so easy to personalize and were shipped so quickly! I do wish they were just a bit bigger but was very pleased with the quality.

I have this to my parents as a Christmas gift but their anniversary is around the same time so it worked as both. It was beautiful & very understated but impactful, it even brought tears to my fathers eyes who usually is hard as a rock. The best purchase I’ve made in years!!

I purchashed this for my son and new daughter in law for their 1st Christmas. It came exactly as expected in a nice velet bag for storage. It’s so pretty and they love that it has all the details of their special day. It’s glass so they hang it at the top of their tree, well out of reach of their kitten (hopefully). I’m very happy with this purchase.

I wanted to get my son and new daughter in law an Ornament for their first Christmas as Husband & Wife and this was just perfect. It wasn't the typical store bought ornament that everyone has as it was a custom designed with dates,places etc that were meaningful to them. It was my favorite gift to give and they loved it. It is a gift they will have forever. The etching was perfect, the quality exceptional and I will get one for all my sons as they get married.

We ordered our heart and it came out better than expected! We are so pleased with how customized it is! The website makes it very clear as to how it looks and you can easily change wording around. We received our package when expected in a nice drawstring pouch which will make storing it away easier. It looks beautiful on our Christmas tree!

I have been buying personalized ornaments from another vendor for 5 years. Their styles don;t change enough so I looked for a new company. I came across this ornament and my wife says it's he best one ever. It's great quality and exactly what I expected. My wife loved it so much she posted a picture of it on Facebook.

That being said, I have been inundated with unwanted emails ever since my order. I'd rather not unsubscribe completely, but my requests to reduce the amount of emails have been ignored. It's annoying enough that I may not ever buy another item from them.

I paid twice as much for shipping this item as I did for the ornament itself and I still wasn't disappointed. The glass is beautifully delicate and graceful but not too fragile. It is not thick ugly glass but rather thin and refined. The edges are beautifully beveled and the etching is done exactly as shown in the picture. I am absolutely thrilled with this ornament and plan to buy many, many more in the future. Very satisfied customer!
