I gave this to my sister for Christmas. Even though she thought it was beautiful and she loved it, it seems to get lost on the tree. She is going to try putting some red paper on the back side, so it stands out.

Very nicely done! I'm sure my sister will love it. Just wish the ribbon it was hanging from was a liitle less stiff ... a softer ribbon would be better. Thanks!

I love Personalization Mall products and have given most everything five stars but the writing on this was difficult to read

The personalization is very small and hard to read....it is very pretty, and good quality and worth it but the etching with the personalization shabby. The photo looks better than it is in person, very hard to read.

It's beautiful overall. It is very hard to read, the lettering is very light.

Shipped to my sister. The only problem I have is I think the shipping was slow. Was going to place another order but was afraid of the slow shipping

I purchased 10 gifts for Christmas with plenty of time for shipping. They guaranteed that it would be here before the 13th. I received 1 item and the other 9 items show shipped but no movement. Now it's 4 days later and still nothing. I tried calling and got a recorded message saying that they were closed due to extraordinary circumstances and to email. I did, no reply! I'm out 9 of the 10 gifts I purchased. I have 7 days to scramble to find something special for 9 people! 0 STARS!

The “white engraving“ on the ornament was sooo light I had to hold it up to the light to even see what it said....horrible...was embarrassed to even give it as a gift...will never order or recommend this item again!!??
