Very Pleased with the quality of this product.

The quality is excellent. However, I was disappointed in the size, wish the bag was slightly larger to hold more. It made a wonderful gift.

The Embroidered was perfect and the Backpack it's so cute. I am completely satisfied.

Purchased this as a gift. Colors are just as pictured and monogramming was nice but for the price it underwhelmed. It came wrapped in a plastic bag folded up. It’s small but cute and fairly well made. However, I could have gotten a small LL Bean backpavk for less.

Really cute for a young girl but the closure isn't secure. It's draw string so it's hard for a little one to open and close. Most of the stuff ends up falling out. It's a cute idea for play time.

This is the ONLY item I've purchased that was unsatisfactory. It is just flimsy and poor quality. The straps are wrinkled fabric attached with buttons! Iv'e been extremely pleased with every other purchase and will continue shopping here. However, the backpack damages your wonderful reputation.

This bag is not worth almost 30 dollars. Its thin and thew letters are not of good quality. i do not recommend this back pack.

This item is made of very cheap material for the price paid. Cute backpack as far as colors and design is concerned, the material just look and feel cheap. hopefully in the near future a better choice of material will be used.

Ordered with the name Olivia, arrived with the name Lily. Called and their voicemail said closed for unforeseen circumstances. Continued to call and voicemail changed to, "We have turned our phones off in order to catch up". WHO DOES THAT? Once contacted we asked for a refund as we have replaced the item locally. We had to send pictures, now they want to replace rather than a refund!

I brought this for my granddaughter. In the short time there’s been stains and holes that developed.

This was not what I expected. it looked cheap and flimsy. The gift box was a big mistake also. wont buy again.
