My future son in law graduated the New Hampshire Police Academy (7th out of 48) and my gift was the medal I ordered through you. I was proud to present this gift and he loved it. The customer service I dealt with (on 3 occassions because of an error on my part) were dealth with both professionally and very curtiously. They were excellent with everything, answered all my questions and helped with my problem, refunded the money I paid because of my mistake and took care of me like one of their own. I bought this pendant for my husband, who is a police officer. He will get it for his birthday. It came in a nice box and velvet bag. Its nicer than I thought it would be. I was not sure if I really wanted to get this for him but glad I did. I always tell him to be safe when he leaves for work every night. I had it engraved on the back Happy Birthday Daddy 2010. Now when he leaves I know he will have a bit more protection and a reminder of his children and the people who love him dearly.

I ordered this for a friend who just got sworn in. He's 6ft tall and this was a perfect size for him. The quality is good and the personalization was done beautifully. I am very happy w/ this purchase. I wish they had St. Florian for my son who is a Fire Fighter.

I was very happy with this purchase because the product looked just the one on the website. I bought it as a present and they loved it. The pendant's images were nicely detailed and it actually looked like I paid more for it. It arrived on time and in a simple jewelry box.

I was surprised at how beautiful this medal was. The engraving is great and very easy to read. This was a gift for our grandson who is becoming a police officer and wanted something unique for him. The medal is in the shape of a police badge making it even more special.

The necklace was exactly as pictured however I gave it 4 stars because the engraving faded after a few months. The customer service was exceptional and I was sent another necklace engraved deeper. Would definitely recommend this company!

I was very pleased with the pendant and the shipping. Being that this was engraved, I made to mistake of using the year 2015 instead of 2016, which his graduation was last night and this was bought for that purpose. I wished that the company had contacted me before just to ensure that the year was in fact correct being we just started the new year. As I said it was my mistake, but follow up would have given me an opportunity to correct my mistake.

It's a great gift!! Only thing I could complain about, is the description!! The Law Endorcement Officer I purchased this for is a female. So to say it's a great gift for "Him" is unacceptable. There are many heroic females out there putting their lives on the line just like their male counterparts. I'm proud of her as well as all officers.

While the pendant is nice and the chain has a good length. The engraving ordered is not centered as shown in the preview picture, it had rough and sharp edges. This product was shipped in a very timely manner and otherwise met my expectations.

Very nice. I love it. I wish the letters on the back were actually engraved instead of printed however for the price and timely manner in which it was received I'm very impressed. Perfect gift for my officer.

It was very well packaged but I was a bit disappointed with the personalized side. You could barely see the personalized writing, and I'm afraid it might fade away after wearing it for a while.

Bought this for my son as a gift. He loved it! The medal is outstanding but the chain is not the best. He will use it until i can get him a better one.

the pendent itself was great and perfect for my husbands graduation from the police academy however the gift wrapping that I payed extra for was VERY disappointing. All that came with it was a cheap cardboard box that had a ribbon that looked more like a hair tie. My recommendation is buy the product and wrap yourself!

I was really surprised by the nice quality of this pendant especially for the price. The personalization made it very special although its a little hard to read. Mostly just cuz the silver is reflective. One word to the wise, I would keep the pendant out of pools and such. My boyfriend wore his in a highly chlorinated hotel pool and the back looks a little tarnished. Hopefully silver polish will fix the problem. Otherwise I am very happy with this purchase and he really likes it.

I’ve ordered from here before and everything turned out okay, but with this order the writing was off centered. Luckily it didn’t bother the recipient but it just feels lower quality when they don’t take the time to make it look professional and neat. :/

My husband received this medal the engraving was perfect he loves it. But the chain has irritated his neck and left a giant sore rash not for everyday wear under the uniform. I'll keep looking

I love the pendant, but was very disappointed by the endless chain that doesn't even have a clasp! What necklace doesn't have a clasp? My husband had to force it over his head, it barely made it. If I didn't love the pendant so much, and it wouldn't have (luckily but barely) made it around his head, I would definitely have sent it back for a full refund. I am pretty sure it doesn't mention in the product details that the chain may possibly not fit on the recipients head, so measure their head first.

The pendant is very nice. But, the engraving on the back is a little hard to read.....could be deeper into the metal. I am hoping it does not eventually rub off with wearing. If I had time to return and redo I would, but giving as gift asap.

Great customer service! I was disappointed in the item. Part the sentence on the pendant is hardly visable. Not what I expected for almost 50$.

Love that this is a St Michael pendant; the thought and gesture is beautiful. The engraving is lesser quality than I expected, it's not so much engraved (substantial) as 'printed' on the metal. I would have liked for this to be a real engraving as it has the capability to be something that is handed down from generation to generation. Not sure as it is, it will be that much of an heirloom. Not positive it's worthy of its price tag. However, with all that said, I love Personalization Mall and will continue to be a customer. Just not ecstatic about this purchase.

The item I received was different than pictured. It shows St Michael with his foot on satan but my item displays the dragon. Also the letters are not raised on the pendant. I was very picky in where I ordered this medal from and was excited when I found this one. I'm disappointed the item doesn't match the picture of what I thought I was receiving. It also has a black smudge on the bottom front of the pendant.

I ordered this for my husband for Christmas and on the first one I ordered the "us" on the right hand side of the pendant and the face on St. Michael was missing. I called and asked the company for a replacement and they sent me out a new one which I received 2 days later. The replacement is also not as pictured, the alloy or whatever they use to shadow is so dark you can hardly read the "protect us", I decided to just keep this one because the next one they send could be worse.

My boyfriend wore this necklace only 3 days before the chain rusted so badly it stained the collar of he (dark blue!) uniform! The pendant was bent at the top as well. Customer service has been poor and no one has returned my requests for compensation. Do NOT buy this product!!!
