I bought this item as a Christmas present and it came out beautifully. The quality was much more than I expected. Such a good product for the price!

It was on time with shipping, my mom loved it and said it was a quality wind chime. She said the chimes sound beautiful. I am so glad I could give her this to remember my grandma and grandpa with.

I ordered one of these for a friend who just lost his son and decided to get one for myself as I had lost my son a few years ago. I only wish you could get a 2 sided personalization instead of only one side. The color of it was nicer than I was planning on also. Would order again.

I have ordered three of these so far and will order more in the future. The price seemed a little steep at first, but they are of high quality and make a lasting impression that you are thoughtful and care about the person you are giving it to. It is surely one of the best keepsake gifts I've ever seen. Different than the usual dust collecting paperweight or corny poetry plaque that holds a picture...I just don't like that stuff! I want something that will bring pleasure not a reminder of a loss or pain. These windchimes are a gently and pleasent reminder that the one that is gone is still present in our thoughts and hearts.

When my best friend's mother passed away, my first instinct was to order flowers for the service. But then I thought how she deserved something that would last and always be a memorial to her. These wind chimes were PERFECT. Ordered on a Saturday and delivered on Thursday. As a matter of fact, the package was sitting on my friend's porch when she returned home from the funeral. Perfect timing, and she LOVED them.

When my sister passed away last month there were among all the flowers, five windchimes for each child and her husband. What a wonderful idea. When my friend in Arkansas lost her brother a couple of weeks ago, I wanted to send something really special to her. I purchased this for one of my closest friends. She is an avid gardner and likes to be outside. When her father passed away I thought this would be a great gift. I had it personalized and she loved it. Better than sending flowers that don't last.

This was purchased as a memoir gift for the loss of a loved one for a dear friend. Although a little pricey it was beautiful and perfect for the occassion. My friends loved one who was lost had a huge funeral and we wanted the gift to be something besides the traditional flowers since the family received tons of flowers. The association this individual was associated with got the family several personalized throws but no one thought of a personalized wind chime.

I bought this for my mom who recently lost her husband of 55 1/2 years. He was also my daddy. I knew she would love this and the sound the chimes make. Every time it chimes it brings a smile to her face. She placed it near her front door. She has received so many compliments, everybody wants to know who gave it to her, where did she get it from? I'm thinking of buying myself one as well!

Very personal way to honor the memory of a friend or loved one. I prefer to give these chimes instead of flowers and they are warmly received.

What a pretty well-made wind chime. Personalization engraving looks so nice--enough to see easily, but does not detract from the wind chime to look at. My friend's beloved dog passed away and she was very touched to receive this gift in Spicy's memory.

The product arrived promptly and is nice in every way - except the wood piece is RED. I didn’t notice that in the picture when I ordered it so just be aware.

I would prefer a natural wood color like the wooden engraved piece.

Nice thick pieces of wood, stained & sealed, are part of these beautiful bronze chimes. I’m sure my friend will be delighted when I give this gift to her in memory of her 99 y.o. dad.
( I just wish the strings used could’ve been a little more heavy duty).

The personalized portion was only on one side. Would have been better if it was both sides. Otherwise, very pleased!!!

Living so close to Woodstock, NY, almost everyone in my area is familiar with Woodstock Chimes. They've always been known for their high tonal quality and craftsmanship, so I'm delighted that PM offers this reputable brand. The personalization came out very nice; exactly as pictured as when I ordered it and approved the design on PMs website. However, it would be better than "very nice", if the inscription was printed on BOTH sides of the medallion, and I'm very perplexed as to why that is not being done. I'm sure PM is quite capable of making that happen. Only time will tell how long the personalization inscription holds up. I have a LARGE set of Woodstock chimes and the chimes themselves and all of the strings from almost 20 years ago are still going strong!

I ordered 3 windchimes, all the same, for siblings of a loved one who passed. I misspelled the last name. I called and they said I could reorder and they gave me 50% off which was very welcomed since I'm a senior citizen living on SS only. May I suggest though that you consider selling the engravement medallion separately. I thought I had the name spelled correctly. Now I have 3 windchimes which I had to remove the engraved part from and will probably never use them.

We order these in memory of family members of employees who have passed. We and they feel it is a wonderful way to honor their loved ones.

Looks nice, sounds beautiful

The wind chime is beautiful and looks just like the photo. The only issue I have is the wooden chimer didn’t show the death year. I may not have seen the place to put it but it was easy to put the birthday. It had easy to read box but I didn’t see a box for death year. There should be a STOP and not let you continue until you confirm if you want the death year. I love the chime for my sister and the death of her son. Would have be nicer to have the death year added

I accidentally ordered one set and one date was wrong (my bad), so I ordered another one. I got 1/2 off on the 2nd one. When the wind chimes got here, one of the pipes was tangled in the lines. I am going to try to fix it before I get the company involved. Other than that, I am very happy with the wind chimes.

I love giving the chimes in place of flowers as they last much longer and I find a comfort for the grieving!

Thought the chime would be slightly bigger but the product is perfect and sturdy overall!

Chimes are beautiful both in sound and appearance. Major drawback is that there is no stand available to order with chimes if you want to keep them inside protected from weather. Extremely difficult to find free standing hook...Amazon vendor had one but lost it in their warehouse. Tried a dozen stores before finding something that would suffice.

I receieved this product a day early. I was very nervous because I read reviews after I had already paid for it. Most of the reviews were not good.. However, I must say it tuned out great! I do wish that the personalization was on both sides instead of just one. Other than that it's wonderful!

The chimes were pretty sturdy and of good quality.Adding the name personalizes it beautifully. Only wish there was a hook inckuded to hang.
