I ordered 4 mugs and the design was flawless for 3. However, one arrived with a broken handle. I contacted customer service with pictures of the damage and a new mug was sent to me within days. The new mug is as beautiful as the other 3. I am extremely pleased with the quality of these products and the level of customer service received. This cup is exactly what I wanted. The size is great and choice of colors came out great too.

These are a great little gift. You can use one name or put a couples’ first names on same mug. Fill with candy, mini coffee or tea bags. I’m filling mine with nips of liquor that pair well with coffee to give as part of an anniversary gift. Can’t go wrong with these. Two thumbs up!
