I ordered over 10 of these mugs in various colors to give as gifts. The ordering process was easy, everything arrived on time in perfect condition. The printing is of very good quality. Inks could have a little more brightness and contrast better. Very pleased with the value for the money.

I ordered two of these cups for friends, for Christmas...for her, primary color purple/secondary color grey; for him, primary color grey/secondary color purple. I'm sure my friends will love them.

This mug makes the perfect gift. I bought the 15 oz one for my co workers, husband, children and grandchildren as Christmas gifts, I even bought one for myself! I bought them for the adults adding, coffee gift cards, tea bags and hot chocolate. I knew my grandkids would love a mug for their hot chocolate and they would feel special with their name on it, plus, they wouldn’t argue over who gets what mug. Lol

I bought 6 of these mugs and they came out beautiful. Personalization Mall is a great place to order from. They are quick to respond to any issues. Of the 6 mugs I ordered, 2 came broken in pieces. Called them, sent a picture of the pieces. Order was replaced immediately. Just received them today in one piece.

I love giving this mug as a gift. I normally do black with tan lettering and it turns out so pretty and stylish, matching any decor. The black interior stays clean while using coffee over long period of time. Really like this product and it's always delivered quickly and exactly as ordered.

I purchased 7 of these mugs for my annual sisters'/daughters' gifts for the holidays. I used middle names instead of last names to make them a bit more personalized. This might be the best gift yet! I'm anxious to give them at Christmastime.

I have purchased several of these mugs as gifts. Each person I gave them to loved them. The mugs come in a nice box. I purchased the Hot Chocolate Mix and put a small package of mini marshmallows in the gift as well. The personalization on the mugs was excellent and the colors vibrant.
