I bought seven for my grandkids for Christmas and one for a friend for her birthday. I couldn’t be any more pleased. They all turned out as pictured. Without telling the grandkids anything, I had them choose any two colors, and they are all just beautiful. I had already placed the order for my grandkids when I decided the next day to get the other one. Because shipping rates are more when buying one than several, I was hoping they could just add it to the existing order. I called to see if that was possible, and the representative couldn’t have been any nicer or any more helpful. She pulled up both orders, added my additional mug at no additional shipping and charged my card that was already on file. I don’t think it took more than a couple minutes, and I was opening up the box seven days later. I am totally satisfied with this company and their product, and I would definitely order from them again.
