Great gift to give. The colors were excellent and the individuals totally loved having their name on some specifically for them.

I put my legal name and my nickname. It turned out so cute in the brown and pick colors. I keep it at work. No question which cup is mine.

bought (4) in various colors - gave (3) to my kids for Easter and they loved them. Of course, purchased one for myself. Very pleased with my affordable purchase!!!!!

I bought a personalized mug for work, so it won't mysteriously disappear. I also bought one for a friend who is a new mom, personalized with the child's first name and mom (for example, Kelli's Mom). Both are excellent quality and FUN! I will purchase more for gifts in the future!

I bought this as a gift for my boss and I love the fact that it has personalization space for a full name. It is very unique since usually you only see mugs with the first name...which technically could be anyone. This one there is no mistaking who it belongs to. Also, I think the size of the cup is really good for a nice cup of tea or coffee.

My new favorite mug. I love this mug. You have so many choices to pick from. I like the way it wraps compelety around the mug. I was also happy to see on sale when I purchased. When I received them, one was broken. I called customer service and a new one is on its way. Since I bought them early as christmas gifts for some great friends, I wasn't in a rush. My niece, Michelle, will proudly show off this cup at her place of employment because it has her first grandchild's name all over it. This company does spectacular work and is the only one I deal with for gifts. This gift was the talk of the birthday party for my colleague. Everyone wanted to know where I bought it, and since my colleague has been using it in the office, she has received many comments on how attractive the cup is. She loves the size and quality. I ordered 6 of these for the adult kids for Easter and LOVE all of them....so special to see all their names on the cups. Got six of these mugs for my office partners. Everyone loved it. It is so much more artistic than all other mugs we have had in the past. No one is leaving the "unwanted" office logo mug in the office accidentally. They all disappeared within one day! We are ordering more to keep in the office...

This uniquely beautiful mug was given to my sister-in-law as a "welcome" gift as she visited us from a foreign country. I filled it with Easter candy, and she was thrilled!! The quality and size are perfect. For those occasions where a gift is appropriate, but you are not sure about size or taste , for example clothes, this is the ideal solution. Who wouldn't appreciate a mug with their name on it??

Ordered these mugs for my grandchildren for Easter--wanted to give them something other than candy! The mugs are beautiful--printing is very clear & crisp looking! I am very pleased with this purchase and the delivery time was amazing--ordered on a Tuesday & received Friday the same week! I know the "kids" will love them too--especially since they don't have common names and can't find personalized items. Besides, what child doesn't like to see their name in print? I receive a mug froma co-worker and thought it was so great. I found website and ordered more for my family. However, they were smaller than I anticiapated. We'll still keep them but next time will order larger sizes.

I purchased this cup for my wife. She loves the imprint design and colors on the cup. The reason why I reordered this cup was the handle just broke off when I lifted it to put it away in the cupboard. The quality of the cup itself is questionable. To be fair, I purchased the first cup three years ago. So, it did last a while. I reordered the same cup a second time to please my wife. It just arrived and it looks great!!

Purchased as gifts. Quality appears to be very good and the mugs are very attractive. As long as they hold up to daily use and washing, I would highly recommend them.

The actual products were great, but I bought the gift boxes to make my life a bit easier. When ordering, it asked me to label with a name so that it could say who it was for on the outside - but then whomever packed them covered almost all of the names with a sticker, so I still had to open each one to see who it was for. Kind of annoying, but not the end of the world.

I enjoy receiving these mugs but I don’t understand why they are packaged completely different! The last two mugs I received…one completely covered in bubble wrap the other had no protection in the box

Received my order today! Out of 19 mugs only two were broken! Packaging was so inconsistent! Some were wrapped in bubble wrap others not some boxes were taped shut others not!

One name has an i and the dot from the i was a black blotch in the lower case cursive b should be able to block out that dot it makes it look like a mistake!

Besides the two broken mugs I’m very pleased with the order and receiving it so promptly

The results were nice! Wish colors were bolder…What keeps this from being a 5 star is shipping. The shipping time is horrible and it is not free. If you pay for Fed Ex, it shouldn’t take 2 weeks to get. After several calls, found out they use Fed Ex to p/u but actually shipped by 3rd party which Fed Ex has no control. That information should be transparent. My package sat in WI for 4.5 days. This horrible service should be free.

Was hoping there wouldn’t be over lapping of the names & not so much area without printing on it. It was for a gift & I was little disappointed. The preview looks like there was a name all over & when it was received it didn’t.Purchased a mug like this that was a Christmas one & loved that one.

Ordered personalized white mugs with green and red lettering. The color green is too dark and looks black. These were Christmas gifts.

I wish all the first letters of every word would have started with a capital letter. I nick name her Beautiful Lady and it’s like you would have mary smith instead of Mary Smith. Very disappointed. I didn’t return because I would not have had time to go shopping.

I bought this cup for my niece who likes the smaller 11oz coffee cups. It is of good quality and the personalized name came out beautifully.
