I didn't think it would arrive like it did! I liked it!

We received these mugs as a gift 2 years ago, and have really enjoyed them. However, after frequent use and dishwasher cleaning, the "shiny" finish went away and coffee was staining the inside of the mug. So we ordered two more and hope to enjoy them for a couple more years!

Bought for my wife months ago. It cracked when she dropped it so I bought an exact replacement.

I ordered 5 different mugs for upcoming birthdays, etc. Easy to order, large mugs, distinct printing, goood quality. Sale price was great!

Limited assortment of colors to choose from, unable to print with light and navy blue for example. Only one funny shade of green. I find shipping costs a bit high.

I love this item. Great gift and inexpensive.

The final mug looks great! My concern is that the first one arrived broken. It was packaged poorly for transport -- regular box, no bubble wrap, no marking on the box that it was fragile. I emailed customer service with a photo attached several times with no response back. Calling customer service I was on hold for 45 minutes. When I did reach someone, they couldn't open the photo from either email and I had to resend it. They did resend another mug in much better packaging. Customer service rep was really helpful once I finally got off hold. So the first mug was the "2020" mug I guess. Glad I ordered early.

Cup is smaller than a normal cip

I bought the mug for my adult son and used his name and nickname for the design. It looked great! The only problem was my fault...I wish I had ordered the bigger mug. I may order another one in the large size.

I received my cup from a supervisor at work about 6 years ago, I am now retired. I enjoy the warmth of tea and the memories of the workplace together.
It is a gift used daily.

Nice mug, love the personalization, but they are breakable. If not shipped with proper packaging, they may break during shipping.
I will be reluctant to order any more breakable items from them.

The cup was ordered for my grandchilds preschool teacher. I liked the cup and being able to put the name of the Acedemy on the cup. The colors matched nicely. The only issue l had was the size of the cup, I thought it would be a little larger.

One mug was broken but P M is replacing with no issues. The Navy blue color looks more black. Wish the company offered a DUKE blue. Overall I love the mug.

Took so long to get it almost had to go get another gift and card. Otherwise, would have given it 5 stars.

The mugs turned out really cute. The printing was better quality than expected. The recipients were very pleased.

As with all the items I have ordered the mug was pretty and perfectly done. But, again the item was late, It was a gift and arrived a week later than I expected. They have to improve with their delivery services.

I bought 2 mugs for granddaughters to eat their snacks in. Nice design with 2 names and just right size. One mug arrived with small chip. When I reported the problem, I received a replacement promptly. Thanks for the great service and very cute mugs.

He loved it. My husband is called by both his first and middle name--middle name by family so this gave me the chance to put both on the mug and it turned out awesome.

I'm using the mugs as gifts to professional clients. The mugs are nicely done, and the color choices are great. Makes for a personal and very nice gift. One caveat: the gift box they supply has their own logo very big on it. (I don't like it because it makes it seem like a gift from them), so you may want to put a label over that.

I bought 3 mugs with my sister's first name and their nicknames as the last name. They were a hit! The reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because there was a paint smear on one of the cups. Otherwise they were really nice.

Pretty design on coffee cup, they are rather small. I ordered 15 for office Christmas gifts. One arrived broken the others were perfect. Will call CS tomorrow.

I expected a little better of a product, but its not too bad. Doesn't wrap as much as I thought it would.

Love the personalized cups. They looked great! I would have given them five stars but the colors are a little different than I expected; not bad just slightly different than they appeared when ordering. (Pink on the handle and inside the cup was a little different hue) They are awesome, though! Very well-received gift!

I am pleased with the quality, and the speed of shipment. I do wish that there were more colors available, such as Baby Blue, Turquoise, etc.
