The item looked great, quality was good, and it arrived quickly, which was great as well.

I found it to be as expected for the money. The black came off in places and there were creases but I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for. The rest of the banner was great and it came in time for graduation.

Great product.
Only 4 stars because box was dented and therefore the vinyl has a repeating pattern in 2 spots that goes horizontally across the middle of the banner & highly visible.
My husband said it should be ok when we hang it in the sun which is why I didnt call to request a replacement.
I would not order a 'soft' product again

We bought yard sticks and tried and put it in our yard and the center falls in and you cannot straighten it out. It is made for hanging from bushes

I loved the banner, however, it was to be delivered by the party date and I didn't receive it on time!
