Loved the quality of the product and the penmanship but wished cup was a little bigger

It was just what I wanted the only problem is there was a small tarnished spot on the rim and I'm afraid it may take over the entire cup I needed it at a certain time and didn't have time to return it, hopefully no one else will notice it

I really like the script personalization. I did rate it down one star because the sequins are mostly and plastic...not happy with that.

This is for my mom in law’s Mother’s Day. She is a vibrant 90 years young. Beautiful monogram, very good quality. I go to PersonalizationMall first when I have loved ones who have everything, I usually find the nicest gifts that I can have monogrammed with choices of design!

Tumbler is as pictured and has a good weight to it. My first one leaked but customer service was great and it was replaced quickly and easily. It seems sturdy. 4 stars given instead of five due to initial leak.

This stainless steel commuter tumbler is beautiful. It has just enough sparkle to give it the Glitz and the personalized stylish engraving definitely added the Glam! I fell in love with its slender shape that allows for a very comfortable grasp. I rated this four stars only because it lacks the beverage capacity I expected. If your looking for 8oz capacity, then this is your glamorous companion for it.

Love my tumbler. Which the lib was a squeeze to open instead of a pull back one. Otherwise, perfect!

Exactly what I expected in looks...Only wish it had a larger interior capacity. Looks bigger on picture than what it is in person. It's sort of narrow on the inside. All and all nice purchase. Served it's purpose.

I do like this item, it was shipped quickly - the only reason for four stars instead of five is that it could have been a little higher quality. It looked to be a good quality, so I don't mean to say it wasn't, I was happy with it, but if it had been a little higher quality - a little more glitzy, it could have blown me away.

I ordered this for a gift for a coworker. The item arrived promptly and is very mice. Item looks high end and the personalization makes it thoughtful and a step above an off the shelf gift.

The item is just what I expected and the quality is great. My only concern is when I received the item and took it out of the bubble wrap it was wet. It would have been quite embarrassing if I’d left it in the wrap and wrapped it to gift the item in that condition.

Not as bedazzling as it appears in the photo and the rhinestones circled the container crookedly.

My sister loves her initials. I can't wait for her to see the cup on her birthday. Bling, hot/cold beverage cup AND initials will easily keep me as her favorite sibling!

Beautiful tumbler love the glitter and the engraving is perfect. The lid is just a little loose but it’s going to make a great gift.

I would have given it four stars but the jeweled design doesn't line up well and that mistake is near the front where the teacher's name was engraved. It's not a horrible mistake and the tumbler is nice. But, I wish it lined up better.

It was beautiful! I got it for my daughter for Mothers Day. She loved the bling. my only draw back was the lid did not stay on very well. not enough suction. coffee was not secure.

I love the glitz and glamour this tumbler projects. It is also useful and practical. The tumbler is a bit top heavy, however, so a more weighted bottom would make it perfect.

The tumbler is beautiful. The monogram was not as distinct as that shown in the photo, so I was a little dissapointed.

Purchased this tumbler as a gift. It was really cute, perfect for the diva I purchased it for. Good quality, arrived on time. The name on the tumbler is hard to see. The print is kind of grey colored and blends in with the stainless tumbler.

Beautiful mug and the name on it looks great, the lid is a bit loose so I hope that will be ok. Great Christmas gift for someone who has a name that is special and can't be found in the stores!

It looks beautiful, however, the engraving isn't as prominent as pictured. Additionally, I'm concerned that the "lid" isn't as tight fitting as it should be. I hope there's no leakage.

The quality of this mug is exceptional. I love the hourglass shape which allows for a better hold on the travel mug. I actually ordered 2 of these and had my name engraved on them in different fonts. It was extravagant, but I know these mugs will last me for a few years. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that the rhinestone area can be kind of sticky, which probably would not be a problem during warmer months, but during the winter, my gloves were sticking to the sticky part. Other than that - awesome mug, you won't regret the purchase.

I expected the sequins to be set far neater..short of the customization i coulda gotten the same at walmart...but i do not regret my purchase.

This item is just as pictured! Beautiful, sleek and elegant with the right amount of bling! The name is a little light, but goes well with the sleek, elegance of the tumbler:-)

I would have liked the lettering to stand out a bit more - silver on silver makes it difficult to see.

I bought this gift in place of wine glasses that I had purchased for my adult bridesmaids and the price is well worth it! You can clearly see the name inscription which is not the case for all personalized items. I was excited when I got it in the mail so I can just imagine how much my teenage niece will like it!

I actually use it with cold drinks instead of coffee and they stay colder longer than in a regular glass. Perfect height for use with a washable plastic straw. I love the look of the cup!

Very nice treat for myself, and will shop again for gifts next time. This mug is extremely sparkly girlie girl! Quality is good, lid has slide lock to open (drink) and close. Wish I knew about these way back when for my bridesmaids!! Prices but so sparkly girlie girl.
