I bought this for my daughter for her birthday and she loved the Glam Stainless Steel Tumbler, but I had not noticed it had a black lid and this took away from the glam in my opinion. It would look so much better with a stainless lid otherwise she says it keeps her coffee hot for several hours. my youngest daughter wants one now!

I ordered this tumbler for my mom for Mother's Day and I was really pleasantly surprised with how great it is. It's the perfect size for a daily coffe drinker and the bling and being able to personalize it with a name gives it that extra touch.

I bought two as gifts. They are absolutely beautiful!!

This travel coffee mug is absolutely adorable! Get it for my sister-in-law's birthday and she was so happy with it! My only recommendation would be to allow longer personalization or add a second line as an option. Other than that, I plan on purchasing this for more of my friends and family members!

I live in Alaska...a nice place but not to get personalized gifts..I "met" personalization mall 18 months ago.. Ive ordered alot from them..every item including this mug have been A+..the service is incredible...the turn around time always surprises me..so qwik! so I'm a happy camper...and hope you will be too!

This item was a hit with the recipient but it was a bit scuffed directly under the engraving at the bottom of the tumbler when it arrived. It looks like whatever machine was holding it during engraving caused the damage. I didn't have time to return it and get a new one but I am sure PMall would have done so.

This tumbler is lovely stainless steel and the engraving was perfect. Unfortunately, the "rhinestones" do not sparkle at all. They look like milky glass beads glued to the tumbler. I purchased this for a friend who loves bling and this tumbler lacks bling. Otherwise it's fine and Personalization Mall is always prompt and helpful.

Pretty pretty flimsy I will see how it does with hot and cold drinks. I thought it would be heavier and better quality which is why I got them as Christmas gifts

Love this tumbler but it doesn't keep beverage hot or cold for a long time. Ice melts in a hour. I never realized the oz it holds prior to ordering. Tumbler is very narrow inside. It says 14 oz but with ice it holds 10 oz and exactly 12 oz without ice. It's not large enough inside...

I would have liked that the name is engraved on the front of the tumbler and it is engraved on the side from where you can see the completion of the glitter part that does not cover the entire tumbler

This tumbler is so pretty! I love the bling and my name is engraved beautifully on it! The lid works great! However, I was a little disappointed that the inside was so small. The description said it was 16oz, but the inside is not. That's why I gave it 3 stars. But, I love your company and will continue to purchase from you. Always beautiful products and quick delivery.

The etching and Mug were great! The rhinestone detailing is just a sticker of rhinestones and looks really cheap. Big gap between where rhinestones begin and end and it’s full of sticker like sticky.

I bought for grand daughter's birthday. It is not engraved as it appears in picture and bling stones are not aligned. Also, the printed name is too light and looks like it will fade even more :(

This is a very cute item I bought for my niece. Was disappointed that the stones were not straight and there is a gap. The gap is very sticky.

Engraving should be more profound, it’s almost unreadable. In the preview photo it seems ok but personally it's an other story.

It looks cute but won't use it for a beverage holder. The seal not strong enough.

I am a faithful customer with PM and purchase from them often. I normally LOVE everything I buy and so do my gift recipients. But unfortunately, this mug was a disappointment. I should have paid better attention to the size. It is much smaller than the glitz & glam mugs I have seen in the stores. Keep in mind, the named is NOT engraved. It is etched and barely noticeable. Perhaps initials would be nicer. It's OK but not worth the price. I would not purchase this one again.

The mug was lightweight and the bling jewels were put on crooked the lettering did come out nice, would I order from them again probably not!!

The product is pretty. However, the writing should be a colored. It's VERY hard to read the name. And the font is so pretty you can't see it.

I really do like the mug. It’s slim and great quality. The writing on the mug itself was terribly hard to read. The White writing was way too light. Big disappointment.

Been using this tumbler for over a month now. Love the design, but my coffee is cold within a half hour and I have to hold the slider to get a sip because it's loose. Disappointed at quality with this price.

The tumbler looks beautiful. However, to be perfectly honest, I should have believed other reviewers. It poses a real hazard if you use it for hot coffee and try to drink out of it.
The lid is very loose. If you turn the cup too high to drink from it, it will fall off.
Use it for cold drinks and be careful.

The tumbler is very pretty. However, the engraving is barely visible. If you're not looking for the engraving, you might not even notice it's there. Also, the lid doesn't fit as tightly as I think it should.

Tumbler arrived and it was well done and pretty but was expecting a lid with it as shown in picture and its not included. Makes the tumbler pointless.

Does not look as great as the picture preview. Nice tumbler but was not happy with the inscription.It was too faint.

The name should be bigger or more BOLD. It is hard to see on the tumbler.

Nice looking tumbler, however the beads at the top adhered to the bubble wrap and the bling had alot of plastic stuck to it. Afraid the recipient will pick the plastic off "with the bling." Wish it came in a box.

The cup is beautiful. My only regret is that the name is not engraved, but stenciled on which makes the cup look cheap. I hope it will last through daily washing

Very nice cup, however the engraved name didn't appear to be dark like the name on one thats displayed.

Overall the product I could rate as 5 *if* the work in the stone was better done. It was not straight line... Luckily the one I bought for myself seems the worst one. Would I recommend? yes but with restriction.

I do love my new coffee mug . . it is pretty & my name on it keeps it safe from office admirers! . . . yes lunch dissapears on occasion from our cominuity fridge here! I do have 1 dissapointment
I didnt realize how skinny the cup actually is
it is a poor fit in my car & it will occasionally tip a bit
so if you dont have an adjustable cup holder in the car this could be a problem
