I was very excited to have my cup personolized and delivered. But I was not happy after placing my order and buying the cup for 25.99 and also paying 10.00 for it to be personolized. Totaling 36.00 and then seeing the same cup and same name brand at 2 different stores for 6.99. I no your company has to make money but I felt that was a very large mark up for what the cup is selling for every were else. The cup looks great and it's just what I was looking for and the order was super quick. The only reason I won't return is I felt that after seeing the cup after I placed the order at such a lower price in other stores is I feel like I paid way to much for this cup.

The personalization name was nice, but the jewels were not the sparkling look in the picture, plus you could see how they were glued on the mug. Will not order this mug again , quality of jewels was not as nice as posted in picture ...

Looked better online. Took longer to get here than expected and I ordered early. Some of the crystals were missing. I would have returned if I didn't have to pay for it. Very dissatisfied with product. You could barely see the name. It showed better online. Would not recommend to my friends and family.

I loved the idea of this tumbler but the bling strip arrived missing several rhinestones in a row and the whole strip was placed on the tumbler crooked, i’ve bought a lot of things from this site but this just didn’t meet their usual high standards. They were excellent about resolving my issue and reimbursing me after I provided pictures supporting my claim. ‘One bad apple don’t spoil the whole bunch’. I’ll be back! Thank you PM.com

I like the style, but was very disappointed that the name doesn't show up very well at all.

It was pretty, but it wasn't I was looking for. The turn around time isn't true.

Looked great, but the top was not a tight seal. Too risky to use for hot beverages.

I really like the mug itself. I think it's a pretty solid product, but it was delivered with a gem missing and a couple that were not aligned with the others. It wasn't hard to go buy a pack of matching gems at AC Moore to replace them, but I really shouldn't have had to do that with a $20 mug. It also shows how easily those gems fall off or shift.

This tumbler is beautiful to look at. Unfortunately when it contains any hot beverage it is hot to the touch. So hot that one may burn their hands. As much as I loved to look at it, I had to return it for a refund.

Tumbler came all scratched up. The name was not in the font I selected. I was not impressed with this work at all.

The exterior package/plastic & actual tumbler did not come in a box which caused scratches on it.

I purchased this mug very unhappy. You can’t see my name and it’s small and doesn’t keep your beverage cold.

This tumble looks horrible in person, the rhinestones are not on evenly and they are dull. I wish I could return this and get my money back. Very disappointed. I glad this was a purchase for myself and not a gift.

The quality of the cup was very poor. It looks so appealing in the picture but when I received it I was not happy with the purchase. At least I'm glad that I bought it on sale otherwise the $32.99 original price is not worth the product. The cup is very light and thin.

Disappointed. The tumbler was fine but the writing was disappointing. Actual gashes in the letters.

I was excited to find a stainless tumbler with a description similar to high end tumblers that would allow me to personalize it. It is attractive but it does not keep fluids cold. I filled it with only ice cubes and they were melted in less than 2 hours. The top does not screw on tightly so there is a good chance of spillage. I gave it a 1 for looks but it gets a "0" for function.

The jewels on the cup were not permanently stuck to the cup. They were moving around on the cup and would not stay aligned. For the cost it was poorly made.

Had to order 2x! Sticky diamonds fall off right away! Lids falls off! Waste of $$$$$. I wish I could give this a negative 5 stars!

This would be beautiful if I could see the monogram on it. Unlike other products I have bought from them, the engraving on this is very hard to read. I would not buy this again.

I received the tumbler with 2 missing gems and they looked cheap. There's scratching from the inscription. Clarity unlike photo.

I have ordered frames and albums from this website and been very happy but this product looked cheap on the top and had scratches on it when i received it. It was a gift for a birthday a few days later so they could not send me another one on time. They did however refund my money which I'm happy about. I would not recommend this product.

I am giving it 1 star for the poor quality of personalization, not the tumbler. The photo is misleading. It shows personalization as dark and clear. In reality it is the same pale grey color as the tumbler. It is not engraved, just some light grey paint. Expected more.

Tumbler was scratched and some of rhinestones are missing. It looks very cheap.
