I purchased two of these prints, one for a sister and one for a mother and they both loved theirs. They cried for 5 minutes so I knew they were very touched with this remembrance of their loved one. I ordered this as a housewarming gift for my niece to honor her mother who recently passed. This is my first time ordering from personalizationmall.com and I will admit I was a little nervous... I used the photo to do a Mothers Day gift for my aunt however the package was either lost or stolen.
I contacted customer service and they replaced the package pronto.

Although it did not arrive for Mothers Day... at least my aunty loved it when she got it.

It was a very touching gift that I felt meant a lot to myself and to those who saw it. My cousin thought it was very nice. This was a surprise gift for my husband. He loved it!! The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the writing isn’t as prominent as I thought it would be - it doesn’t stand out. I’d have liked a bigger bolder font - but that is my only “issue”!
