It came out great! I got the bigger size as a present for my father with three pictures of my son and they came out great! I was very pleased and my father was very happy!

Excellent picture quality.
Reasonably priced.
Would have given 5 stars if there was more flexibility in choosing font and location of lettering.

the black background made the pics pop !!

Bought this for my son as he is a great uncle. It's a great gift. I gave it 4 stars since I did not think the photos were not as clear as they should be.

Looks great except one tiny white spot in the black wrap. It sticks out like a sore thumb but I don’t have time to return and wait for a new one.

This cup came out great loved it will buy again.

Great mug. Wouldn’t get the blue background again as it looks more purple.

Pictures on Father Day Cup turned out very well! We were very happy with our order. Placement of the pictures allow for long lasting memory piece.

This is a nicely made mug and being able to personalize it with pictures and words is great. I wish the mug came in a color other than white. Doesn’t hold hold up well to black coffee stains.

I ordered,ans completely wrong mug. I called, they had the correct one mailed Fedexed the very next day!! What service. They have great service and.pleased with the mug!!

They did what they promised in the time they promised...and that basic thing is hard to find lately. I was very satisfied

My pictures were clear and the mug's colors true to form.The only reason I didn't give this item a 5 is because it was packaged with a second mug which I ordered and that mug came with a broken handle. Personalization Mall replaced the damaged mug so that was good, but had the first mug been packaged better, the broken handle wouldn't have happened.Overall, though, the mug is a nice quality.

This was a very good surprise. My husband just loved it. But due to the shipping costs it became a little expensive. Though I ordered 2 weeks prior, still I had to give express shipping charge, but If I had to exclude the extra shipping cost , I had to order earlier but that time there was no deal at that moment. So eventually I had to pay more.
So short story its a little out of budget but worth seeing my daughters and their dad happy.

I loved the mugs and the service was quick. The only problem I had was the photos on two of the five mugs I purchased were slightly skewed with the pictures almost off the mug. The other three were great.

Cups came quick and they looked so good!

I’ve purchased cups for all5 of my grandchildren over the past 5 yrs including a couple years where I had cups made for grandparents. This year the quality of the photos were not as good. Whether I didn’t make enough edits to the picture but a few were dark and grainy.

They do beautiful work I will use them again. The problem I had with this order I thought I ordered a 15 ounce that was what I wanted but it came in 11 ounce disappointed want 15 ounce. The work was 100% beautiful just the size was not the one I wanted

I ordered 3 15 ounce personalized coffee mugs and I received 1 15 ounce and 2 11ounce very upset because they were going to my kids at Christmas now one has a bigger mug then the other 2 but the printing is fabulous very satisfied with the way they look just the size wish I could have the 2 made bigger

Our first mug came with a piece off. A replacement came soon. It’s a fun way to enjoy your coffee with loved ones on the mug. We are enjoying it. So much we ordered two others. Fun gift idea.

These mugs make such wonderful gifts. I give them a 10 however 1) Do not put them in the dishwasher as color fades. 2) If you need more of same design later forget it - they don't archive all your photos and design work. 3) Price is reasonable and they sometimes give a coupon for discount but expires quickly.

I enjoy this product but for display only not as personal used...very nicely done

I actually loved it and my only concern is that there was a small hair line fracture on the inside of mug for this I give it 4 stars. I didn't save the box or returned form because it was a Valentine's Day gift - so I just decided to other another one and hope this one comes in with no issues.

I was dissapointed in the difficulty of editing the photos to fit. I had to sort through a lot of photos to find ones that would fit the area that they allowed for cropping. Also, I wanted special characters in there for another language. When my son was born 3 years ago I was able to make a mug with special characters for the words, but that didn't seem to work this time.

Ordered this for a co worker for Christmas. The pictures were printed beautifully! The words on top of the pictures were, unfortunately, not straight. A complete annoyance for my OCD eye. Hoping she won’t notice ???????
(Hard to see in photo but look at the spacing btw the words and top of cup)

Super cute mug, very happy with the outcome. I didn’t give 5 stars because I like symmetry and wish there was a white band on top of the cup like the bottom. Overall it was a great gift

I loved the mug and so did my son-in-law, who received it as a gift for Father's Day.
Next time, I'll ask to have the names centered under the appropriate picture. I didn't think to do that this time, and my grandson's name appeared under his father's picture. That was my error.
I love how quickly the order was processed. I'm a last minute shopper.

I would give this cup a 5 star except one photo turned out darker than it appeared when I was personalizing it. It has made it a bit hard to make out. I'm sure my husband will still love it though when he opens it on Fathers Day.

The mug feels cheap. The color was to dark you could barley see the pictures. But overall it was a great Mother's day gift.

I have bought a few collage mugs and they make a great gift every time. I would recommend hand washing as the dishwasher may chip the paint.
