I ordered 3 15 ounce personalized coffee mugs and I received 1 15 ounce and 2 11ounce very upset because they were going to my kids at Christmas now one has a bigger mug then the other 2 but the printing is fabulous very satisfied with the way they look just the size wish I could have the 2 made bigger

Our first mug came with a piece off. A replacement came soon. It’s a fun way to enjoy your coffee with loved ones on the mug. We are enjoying it. So much we ordered two others. Fun gift idea.

These mugs make such wonderful gifts. I give them a 10 however 1) Do not put them in the dishwasher as color fades. 2) If you need more of same design later forget it - they don't archive all your photos and design work. 3) Price is reasonable and they sometimes give a coupon for discount but expires quickly.

I enjoy this product but for display only not as personal used...very nicely done

I actually loved it and my only concern is that there was a small hair line fracture on the inside of mug for this I give it 4 stars. I didn't save the box or returned form because it was a Valentine's Day gift - so I just decided to other another one and hope this one comes in with no issues.

I was dissapointed in the difficulty of editing the photos to fit. I had to sort through a lot of photos to find ones that would fit the area that they allowed for cropping. Also, I wanted special characters in there for another language. When my son was born 3 years ago I was able to make a mug with special characters for the words, but that didn't seem to work this time.

Ordered this for a co worker for Christmas. The pictures were printed beautifully! The words on top of the pictures were, unfortunately, not straight. A complete annoyance for my OCD eye. Hoping she won’t notice ???????

Super cute mug, very happy with the outcome. I didn’t give 5 stars because I like symmetry and wish there was a white band on top of the cup like the bottom. Overall it was a great gift

I loved the mug and so did my son-in-law, who received it as a gift for Father's Day.
Next time, I'll ask to have the names centered under the appropriate picture. I didn't think to do that this time, and my grandson's name appeared under his father's picture. That was my error.
I love how quickly the order was processed. I'm a last minute shopper.

I would give this cup a 5 star except one photo turned out darker than it appeared when I was personalizing it. It has made it a bit hard to make out. I'm sure my husband will still love it though when he opens it on Fathers Day.

The mug feels cheap. The color was to dark you could barley see the pictures. But overall it was a great Mother's day gift.

I have bought a few collage mugs and they make a great gift every time. I would recommend hand washing as the dishwasher may chip the paint.

The quality of the mug itself is fine. However, the first time it came broken. It was not packaged securely and the mug rolled around in its little shipping box. However, getting a replacement was easy, and the second one arrived unbroken.

I was very happy with how the photos were transferred onto the mug however the lettering bled with the background color I chose. This still made for a beautiful keepsake gift.

I’ve ordered this product on two occasions. The first time I ordered it in black and it was perfect. The second time I ordered this it was in a gray color. When I inspected it the top of the mug had smeared gray spray, the photos and the the gray border were too high up and the top part looked cut off. I called customer service and they replaced it. The replacement was a little better but not perfect like the black colored one I ordered. Odd!

Was very happy with the quality of the pictures on the mugs.

The personalized pictures and lettering turned out pretty good. It would have been nice if I was contacted about how the cropping added a black bar across one of the pictures before they print them. The mugs are definitely too small. It will still be a nice gift.

Didn't realize it was standard cup size, great for gift. But not for practical use. I suggest bigger 15 oz size. but good for gift and quality.

This product exceeded my expectations . They did a really nice job and the layout came exactly how I submitted it! Was nervous about space for so many photos on the mug but it looks perfect . Only thing that I didn’t like it I chose gray and it only did a background color of grey on the mug with a white handle so I should’ve just stuck to all white! Otherwise they did a beautiful job and great price although shipping was costly.

I needed a last minute Father's day gift and was able to get my personalized mug fast and inexpensive! The quality of the print job was not what I had hoped for, but it wasn't too bad. There was some bleeding of ink at rim of mug. Overall, I was satisfied. I would have been blown away had print job been better.

Love the mug except there's an ink blemish on the bottom of one of the pictures. Nice layout but didn't look AS professional as expected.

Creating this mug with the pictures I selected was more difficult than what I have created in the past. I have used Personalization Mall a lot but this partucular item it was very difficult to crop the pictures for full picture and fit. This is not typical but this time was very frustrating. I made it successful by selecting different pictures. So, the disapointment was that I could not use the pictures I really wanted and it was due to difficulty cropping.

The quality and the vibrant colors were awesome. The only thing I would of preferred is the happy birthday text to be on the other side for a right handed person.

Awesome present for my wife. Had to crop pictures to make it fit in a smaller area was the only downside. It took some detail out of what I wanted to show. Some advice is to use a picture that is further away and has room to be cropped. But still, the overall result was that she loved it which is what matters!! Also a good quality mug and print.

I have made several of these cups as gifts family members! They love having coffee every morning and getting to see the pictures!

The mug came out great except one of the pictures is really dark (was alot lighter online). If it wasn't for that one picture would of given 5 atars.

My grandfather gave me a picture of him and I when I was little as my graduation gift. He had one request, that I make a small photo for him because he was giving me his only copy.
I thought to put it on a mug as a gift for him and he loves it very much. I was a little sad over the edges they seemed to look like the image bled but nevertheless less he really liked it.

Bought one as a Christmas gift, arrived fairly quick. Mug was very cute. Did have a little hiccup on a part in the scripture but customer service was quick to respond to me and got a replacement mug within two days, right in time for Christmas. Very pleased with the quality and the customer service! Reason for 4 stars and not 5, if there was a few options for the font, the standard font was just kind of basic nothing special about it. But would definitly order again!!

The mugs are nice, but 3 of the 6 mugs had colors that were faded along the top of the cup in places and bits of color along the rims. I still gave them as presents for Christmas. We haven't had any complaints with any products from this site in the past, so I was surprised that the mugs were faded in places. It almost looks like they were boxed before they were dry. I have always appreciated how fast my items arrive.

My pictures looked great but the size of mug was sooo small not sure if I’m going to give as a present

Out of 27 mugs I ordered only 1 was broken. I got a hold of them with the problem. The mug was quickly replaced. I'm very happy with this company.
