My grandmother fell in love with her mug for Mother's Day, and refuses to drink out of it. She has placed it in her glass front cabinet.

These are nice sized mugs and the picture quality is great! I would have given them 5 stars but the sepia color was noticeable on the bottom edge of one of the mugs. I'm sure they would have redone it but I didn't have enough time to wait on a replacement before giving the gift. I felt it was a minor flaw and could be lived with. Overall I was very pleased with the quality and speed of shipment...I had them within 5 days of ordering.

The mug was a gift for a friend...he loved it, but one picture was a little blurry.. The image may have been too big, but he still loved it....

Process for purchasing was smooth as well as time retrieval. My gift for my parents 24th anniversary was satisfactory. I order from here for every personal gift!

I bought a mug similar to this for my mom (grandma to six), and thought about two of my brothers who would also love this sort of gift. I also ordered one for myself, couldn't resist. All three mugs are fantastic! The pictures are colorful and clear, awesome work!! I would recommend for any gift - to anyone who loves personalized stuff. I love it!

The mug was nice however one picture was extremely dark! Other than that it's a great quality mug. Shipping is amazing!

Love the mug itself, arrived promptly in great little boxes. Unfortunately the pictures turned out darker than the real images and darker than it was online. The people I gave them to loved them!

Ordered cups to commemorate 75th Birthday - nice cups, but smaller than I expected.

I loved the mug that I made for my daughter's Papa. The only reason I give 4 stars is because the pictures came out darker than I expected. Other than that, great buy! I will purchase from you in the future!

I would have liked the entire coffee mug to be blue but otherwise it is a great gift for anyone. For the price, it's great.

The picture quality was fantastic, color was vibrant and delivery was quick. Only complaints would be that with multiple pictures, it's hard to crop them and get them to look exactly right, and then the color band doesn't go all the way around and stops by the handle, which looks a little bit funny. Otherwise, it was a GREAT gift and price was perfect. Thank you!

This mug turned out well. I had a VERY difficult time getting a third picture to upload that I could use though. It either simply wouldn't upload, or it would and be too small to use. Over all, I'm pretty happy with it and I think my daughter will be too.

This was so easy that I actually did it using my phone! Just make sure that you are using quality photos as I used a dark one and it came out even darker on the mug!

Good product, you just have to be careful to choose photos that aren't too dark because they're hard to see on the product.

Had to crop pictures a bit to create mug, but it looks really good and will be a great birthday gift.

Got the mug for my fathers birthday and he loved it. He liked that I could add so many pics. He is so proud of his grand kids and this is just one way he can show it off. Also good quality.

My purchases from personalization mall are usually excellent. However, this item looked a little untidy, you could actually see where the ink started etc. Wasn't as neat as other items.

The mug is very nice, my grandson will really like it for his birthday. It was made well and the pictures turned out real good. The wording wasn't put like I thought but it was okay. I would have rather had the phrases centered.

I was so pleased with the coffee mug. The only negative, would be that some pictures looked a bit darker on the mug. Other than that, it was fantastic and hubby loved it!

When 8 ordered the mug, it did not allow me to see a preview of the finished product. The description said the mug would be black not just the part the pictures were on. Part of the black bled onto the top of the mug which makes it look like this was done at home. I allow thought the handle would be black.

The pics on the cup are on a bit of an angle and the recipient noticed right away. But, everything is on there. So, satisfied but not excited.

I used to love this site and the products. Not sure if I’ll be buying anymore since the last 3 have not been the great quality they used to be.

It would have been perfect but when it came, it was in a million pieces. But, other than that, it was very good and looks great!

I order mugs every year for christmas from all sorts of online vendors. This year I chose to order here since they have always done a great job with other personalized items. Unfortunately I had to return them due to low quality - everything, including the text looked pixelated and "muddy". Looked as if the colors were not registered correctly. I did upload high res photos so I knew something was wrong when I received the order. I returned these hassle free and had great customer service on it. I would continue ordering other items from here, just not the mugs.

I order new coffee mugs a couple times a year for my parents of all the grandkids. The image quality has dramatically dropped. The images I'm sending in are professional grade so I'm not sure why they are so smeared and pixilated.

The mug itself is nice. However, some of the pictures are a little grainy. Some of my pictures I put on my mug look like very low quality pictures now. Also the text that was added on my mug (that was REQUIRED by the company for me to order the mug) came out looking a little grainy as well. It's strange that the text would be grainy or have an odd appearance, being that it's required and you can't just leave that field blank.

I ordered several coffee cups. The tool to add pictures and the result was great. The quality of the coffee cup itself was not great.

The mug is nice but the picture itself is rather grainy (and it's not the quality of the photo, I had the same pictures printed as well and they were very clear and detailed).

I liked that I could change the order of the pictures though the order process was a bit complex as every time I wanted to make a small change to one photo, I had to go through all the steps for all 6 photos.

All in all, it's OK but not great. I would probably order from a different vendor next time.
