It looks terrible. The wrap is too high and makes the rim look dirty and the bottom look weird.

Was unable to make changes to the order within seconds after placing it and ended up paying almost $50 for the order and a re-order of the mug. Will not recommend

I had to order this product four times -- that's correct four times -- to get one mug that looked correct. Don't get me wrong I only paid for the product once, the other three were sent to me as make-ups after I complained about ink smearing. I had been planning to order 100 mugs as holiday promotional gifts for my company but after this experience I decided to find another vendor.
